The apartment layout are not that good and it's not that big when you view inside. After 13 Years living in Dubai I can say that Type D are worth 85K and Type E worth 80K. They are over priced since they are road view and / or park view. Most of the Brokers (Agents) are acting like they work for Landlord (Owners) and never think about the Tenant. They would side with the Owner and not fair. Although the Tenant is paying them a Commission but still they would act like they work for the Owners.
