Very friendly and welcoming staff on arrival and throughout our stay. Breakfast is simple but filling. The double room with ensuite, while not especially large, was clean and perfectly comfortable. I would highly recommend for a short break.

Absolutamente adorei. Quarto amplo, espaço para família de quatro pessoas, se necessário. Não posso dizer o suficiente sobre o proprietário e como ele foi útil. Se eu pudesse dar mais do que 5 * daria. Apenas o ponto baixo está no 3º andar e sem elevador.

Absolutely loved it. Room large, space for family of four if required. Can't say enough about owner and how helpful he was. If I could give more than 5* would.
Only down point is on 3rd floor and no lift.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and really enjoyed. Excellent location - walking distance from every tourist place. Very good breakfast. Paola and May are so great hosts - thank you a lot, you made us feel very welcomed! We definitely recommend the place if you are OK with 3rd floor without an elevator - for us it wasn't a problem.

Paola and May are the kindest hosts! From taking the time to introduce us to Madrid at check-in to packing breakfasts for us when we were heading out early, this is the perfect cozy place to stay. Great, central location close to the big three museums and Atocha station. Rooms are a good size and have air conditioning for a fee. We didn't need it in September; the ceiling fan was enough.
