I was invited to attend a meeting and lunch with some delegates. I felt like this is the best hotel I have ever visited. Hotel was gorgeous, beautiful and luxurious interior and spacious, everything has a luxury and stunning touch. breathtaking view, awesome restaurant and food, world class service. swimming pool area is awesome you can get lost in it which I cannot describe in words. Located at the best in Dubai. Enjoyed the time.
Stunning Gorgeous place! the attention to detail is absolutely superb. The fact that my charger plug was given a little shark attachment to it. A spectacle cleaning cloth was left under a pair of spectacles. an organza bag was left under some watches and rings. it was absolutely thoughtful. This place has that perfect resort feeling that u get from watching movies. I watched from my room, an entire palm tree being removed with the utmost care and precision and transported away without causing any obstruction to vehicles on the way. The service was 10 star. Everyone who helped us was so friendly. I am recommending this place to everyone I know. the only place worth being at in Dubai - according to me 😊
I stayed here earlier this year and my experience was beyond amazing!!! The hotel is full of grandeur and bustling with people all the time. Rooms are fantastic with a private balcony. The gymnasium is well planned with state of the art equipment. The hotel practically has activities for every age group with immense dining options to choose from, Kaleidoscope being my top favourite! One of the good parts is that you never have to wait for a taxi, there’s always plenty readily available. The water park is definitely a must visit. We went there twice and had a gala time on all the rides.
Fabulous resort and loved the water park too. The room overlooked the aquarium and was a great morning activity for me to see the scuba divers diving in to feed the fish and to see the shark floating around. Personal touch for our celebration occasion was highly appreciated. Breakfast was awesome and loved the warehouse restaurant vibe as well as the three course dinner we had there. Went for half board option and was well worth it.
What an incredible hotel and water park. We had a 1 bed imperial suite, which was huge, plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 kids. A huge bathroom and double balcony. The lounge access is brilliant, really good food and drinks served. The aquarium is brilliant, and the free entry to the water park is just such a bonus. No queues in August and we got to go on rides all day long.
The best place I visited in Dubai ♥️ The check-in was pretty easy, stayed at the Imperial Club Lounge, it's pretty good. Buying a whole package here is a good option. Atlantis is a life in itself ♥️ and is amazing. They have the best restaurants, the water activities, beach fronts, and so much more. Also they have multiple cuisines available for they guests to have a great time with options for dine or buffet or breakfast and more. This place is love ✨
My long lasting dream to Atlantis.. It was even better then I expected! Magical.. The staff, the room, the cleanliness, the service, overall the hotel.. I’ve enjoyed and loved literally every minute during my stay in the hotel. In my opinion, for kids or couples, young or old, for everyone a promise to have a great stay. You’ll definitely see me back and I will highly recommend Atlantis to anyone who asks.
One of the Best Hotel and Resort in the Dubai. We have stayed two days with family and we had best time/fun ever. We had best experience ever. Their staffs are very friendly and we have experienced the best services ever. We had best dinning experience at Their in house saffron restaurant. Kids love water park and aquarium. Their reception and house keeping services are one of the top services. I have used their app for house keeping and reception services and it’s the best, application is very user friendly and you can get instant response 24*7. I salute all the team members of Atlantis The Palm Dubai for their excellent services, thank you for making our holidays awesome and memorable :) I highly recommend to visit this hotel if you visiting Dubai.
Amazing place! Absolutely everyone can find something interesting. Huge aquarium, game room, extra equipped rooms, incredible view. Best way to spend vacation with family or couple. Amazing food! I highly recommend that hotel. Additionally very good location

Desde que llegamos,no han puesto mas que el dia que entramos en la habitación, fruta.. Es la 2da vez que vengo en este hotel,y veo que la atención ha descendido tremendamente."Hazte fama y échate a dormir " no funciona en el sector hostelero. Una lástima...
Good luxurious place, loving the stay. Love the Mont Blanc showroom where I also bought a fountain pen...However very rigid on small things.I boughta new dress for my son and wanted the housekeeping to come with a scissor to cut the price and product tag.... that as per the rule is not allowed.Hope the management will look into these smaller things which do make experience more memorable
It is a realy a top and 5 star resort. It has everything you need. From restaurants to lot of activities. It has the huge adventure water park, aquarium, beach, large pool and many more. Its build quality is so great and attractive from both inside and outside. The views from the room are incredible. You can even visit if you are not staying there by hetting reservation in one of the restaurants and get to have photos in resort. Would visit again. There are also so many precautions in place.

This is truly a 5 star resort. From the moment you enter and see the spectacular glass fountain in the foyer, you are transported to another dimension. The aquarium,the water park, the international branded restaurants, all add to the almost magical feel you get in this hotel.
Our stay at the famous Atlantis, the Palm in Dubai was Super special. The hotel is really beautiful and massive ! The rooms are large and plush and the service is quite nice. There were some renovations going on, which was rather annoying but overall we had a wonderful stay. The food is nice and the water park is simply amazing.
The word for Atlantis is beautiful. It’s like getting lost in wonderland. Honestly I didn’t spend that much time here, but the little time spent was enough to establish the fact that I’ll definitely come back here next time in Dubai. My visit was also late evening, the atmosphere was some good degrees cooler, hence the tone of my description(I hear it’s quite hot in the day which is not really a surprise as Dubai is very hot). From the cool breeze that blew ever so softly, enveloping you in it’s soft embrace to the clean air that hits your face and nostrils, your first reaction is just to throw your hands up in the air, pause time and take it all in. The beautiful flowers, the gentle waves of the sea hitting against the stones by the shore, the magnificent somewhat imposing architecture. These are the first things you notice about Atlantis driving in. The lobby of the hotel doesn’t disappoint either, it’s just so beautiful. From the little I saw of the hotel staff, they appear to be courteous and polite. Unfortunately, more can’t be said about them, the rooms or other activities here, to avoid giving an erroneous information as time spent here was very limited as pointed earlier. I however look forward to exploring Atlantis more at my next visit. And will strongly recommend it to whoever can afford to lodge here.
This place is just amazing. Have stayed here 3 times now with a family and just booked our Aug 2021 holiday again. The place is huge and has amazing restaurants which is definitely a must to go half board. The buffets are next level. So much food choice. I swear I come back 2 stone heavier. I make sure I eat like a maharaja. 🤣🤣👊 The drinks are expensive off though. About £7 for a large bottle of Evian water. Ouch. The water park is amazing. My kids just love it there and stay there all day to cool off. Dubai is safe with great weather so can't go go wrong. We cant wait for next trip.🙏🍹🥂🍸💃🕺🍾

The hotel was amazing, luxurious and way better than most hotels around the UAE! the staff managers and all waiters were amazing. The only thing which I loved is the scenery of the sunset and the whole Dubai with a lifetime experience view! I am so shooed because I have never experienced such a fantastic hotel with unique structures designs and breath taking views! I recommend everyone to go and have a visit in this place at least once in their lifetime! Apart from all of these, even the food and drinks were flavorful, juicy and tasty!
Best family holiday so far, the staff where lovely and we had a fantastic stay. We highly recommend it. There’s plenty fun activities, great food and adult activities and the whole package is amazing. Great people and service. And very safe for kids x Will definitely go again. Absolutely amazing place. The experience of staying there was just out of the world. From check in to check out time they treat you like a royal even with this whole pandemic restrictions. The resort is massive and you get to enjoy every bit of it. The water park is wonderful place to spend time with family and with all expansion to it going on can't wait to come back next year enjoy those as well. Oh last bit, breakfast buffet is just mind blowing.
Sem palavras para descrever como o lugar é lindo, quem quiser visitar apenas o parque aquático que fica dentro do resort basta entrar no site e comprar os tickets! O hotel foca encima da ilha artificial em forma de palmeira, cartão postal de Dubai.
Hotel lindo, com uma estrutura excelente, ótimo atendimento e um aquário maravilhoso para conhecer. Piscina, praia, restaurantes top, aquário, lojas, tem tudo de primeira. Amei!
Complexo maravilhoso em todos os sentidos. Desde o desembarque das bagagens. Todos os pedidos foram bem atendidos. Para o serviço de concierge a nota é 10.
É possível chegar esse local através do monorail que é similar a um metrô de superfície, porém mais lento e sem motorista! Sugiro comprar o bilhete de ida e volta que será mais barato. Dessa forma vc poderá observar de cima tudo que o Atlantis The Palm oferece! Dentro dele tb tem restaurante, sorveteria, aquário, steakhouse, hamburgueria, várias lojas para fazer compras. Muito bom esse local. Super recomendo visitar! Se tiver com tempo, poderá desfrutar de um parque aquático muito legal e com várias atrações!
A arquitetura do hotel è encantadora, cheia de detalhes e muito elegante. Possui diversos restaurantes, um aquário e um parque aquático completo. O local è de fato grande e leva alguns dias para se conhecer completamente. Os funcionários em geral não são simpáticos, por vezes arrogantes, o que deixa a experiência como um todo menos interessante. De qualquer forma vale sua visita, ao menos para conhecer a estrutura.
