Probably the most frustrating hotel stay of my entire travelling life. The staff is warm and very humble but they find themselves wanting. There seems to be no SOP's in place for customer service. If you don't book breakfast with your reservation, they seem to not know what to do and if you call room service they will probably mess up your order without any explanation and whoever brings it may or may not bring the bill, if they do, there may or may be no pen and then you may get a call from reception that you owe them as there will be no record of whatever cash payment you make on these room deliveries so do remember to write "PAID" on each receipt or ve ready to pay again as you cannot prove otherwise. I sat for 20 min in the restaurant/ bar area with.not a single person attending to me so I left and returned to my room. I tried to ask if they were using trainees and or interns (thinking maybe this could be the reason for my growing frustrations), but I was told that was not the case so I'm lost for words. The WiFi here is so easy to access and is FAST so if you want peace and WiFi, just bring your own food and you should be fine in your room.

🏨 🇱🇸 Em 02.2012, fomos convidados a participar do show anual do rei. Gostamos muito do show, do after show e da noite no quarto duplo amplo, limpo e claro, e do buffet de café da manhã no dia seguinte.

El lugar está envejeciendo. Habitación que necesitaba atención en el aire acondicionado y el armario, enchufe eléctrico (personal de mantenimiento). Muy limpio debo decir y acogedor. Se obedecen las reglas de Covid-19.

The place is getting old. Room I had need attention on the aircon and wardrobe, electric plug( handyman ). Very clean I must say and welcoming. Covid-19 rules are obeyed.

🏨 🇱🇸 In 02.2012 we were invited to join the annual king`s concert. We enjoyed the show, the after show and the night in the large, clean, light double room and the breakfast buffet the day after.
