A localização é super central a poucos metros das principais atrações do centro histórico, o estacionamento não é das mais simples, mas como não aluguei um carro desta vez não tem sido um problema para mim. O quarto com paredes de pedra incríveis, o banheiro muito confortável e bem desenhado, dá para ver a olho nu o trabalho arquitetônico que aqui fizeram com os canos expostos nos corredores e o jogo de luzes fazem de tudo isso uma experiência única.Por outro lado, o pessoal de 10 sempre muito atencioso e respeitoso dá verdadeiro prazer. Laura e Marco atenderam-me na recepção. O resto não fica atrás em design e qualidade, tanto no café da manhã quanto na comida, na atenção e na incrível experiência culinária.

La ubicación es súper céntrica a pocos metros de los atractivos principales del casco histórico, el parking no es lo más sencillo pero como no he rentado coche en esta ocasión no ha sido tema para mi. La habitación con unas paredes de piedra increíble el baño muy cómodo y bien diseñado, se aprecia a simple vista el trabajo arquitectónico que realizaron acá con las tuberías expuestas en los pasillos y el juego de la iluminación hacen de todo esto una experiencia única.Por otra parte el personal de 10 siempre muy atentos y respetuosos da gusto de verdad. Me atendieron Laura y Marco en recepción. El rest no se queda atrás en diseño y calidad tanto en el desayuno como la comida la atención y experiencia culinaria increíble.

The location is super central a few meters from the main attractions of the historic center, parking is not the simplest but since I have not rented a car this time it has not been an issue for me. The room with incredible stone walls, the very comfortable and well-designed bathroom, you can see with the naked eye the architectural work they did here with the exposed pipes in the corridors and the play of lighting make all this a unique experience.
On the other hand, the staff of 10 always very attentive and respectful gives real pleasure. Laura and Marco attended to me at the reception. The rest is not far behind in design and quality, both in the breakfast and in the food, the attention and incredible culinary experience.

Apenas um maravilhoso hotel no centro da cidade do Funchal. Localização perfeita, quartos bonitos e elegantes, um sonho de um banho e os melhores funcionários. Além disso, o café da manhã incrivelmente saboroso. Adorei o cartão de aniversário que recebi do senhor na recepção! Nós <3 Caju!

Simplemente un hotel maravilloso en el centro de la ciudad de Funchal. Ubicación perfecta, habitaciones hermosas y elegantes, una ducha de ensueño y el personal más agradable.
