Fairly clean hotel with very very weak air con. So be prepared. Friendly staff in general. Hotel focused on German tourists with 99% being German. Even the staff speaks better Deutsch than English. All inclusive food is pretty bland overall with very little variation. Overall, it’s an acceptable experience for a 3 stars hotel.

I had a nice vacation with my family, I had a great time in three, all good attention from the Chico de Álvarez and a special greeting to Salvador and I also had a great time with the animator boys, a good tension like the big boys and also with the little ones and a joy with LeBron

My boyfriend and I arrived late at night, we were given our apartment keys and told we could complete the whole check in process in the morning which we really appreciated as we had been travelling since 9am and it was near 12pm when we arrived here. We were shown to our apartment by a man on reception, didn't get his name but he was very friendly.
The reception were very accomodating in allowing us late check out as our flight home was at 10pm.
The apartment is modern and immaculately clean. You could eat your dinner off the floor as they say.
We didnt eat the food on the hotel grounds as we were self catering so we cannot comment. We enjoyed the pool and sun loungers, listening to the kids mini disco on the balcony.
We had never visited the area before but everything was so lovely and it wasnt too noisy/built up, but it wasnt derelict either. Theres lots to do and we went in April! Would highly recommend. We will be back again.

Generally very good, great price to value ratio. My biggest concern was food but it turned out ok although slightly repetitive. Pool is great, all inclusive is worth buying especially with kids. Rooms are clean and generally ok, but there were few minor defects like air conditioning not working properly in bedroom. On the cons side: animations for kids were dull and even annoying after hearing same songs each day. Definietly I would recommend this hotel.
