Meu amigo e eu tínhamos reservado uma estadia Spa Delight para o final de agosto. A estadia foi reservada no início de junho por 2500 DKK.Um mês depois; perto de 8 de julho, fui contatado por Comwell Korsør quando suas instalações de spa quebraram e, portanto, eles se ofereceram para refazer a reserva para Vejle ou Borupgaard.Agradecemos a Borupgaard que em junho custou o mesmo que Korsør. Para nossa grande surpresa, fomos informados de que a estadia em Borupgaard custaria 2.000 DKK EXTRA, pois os preços haviam subido nesse ínterim.Comwell Korsør manteve a diferença de preço apesar de minha grande admiração. O manuseio foi puro piloto automático e temperado com uma garrafa de vinho gelado (que eles poderiam simplesmente levantar para dar como um remendo no ferimento, se pagássemos os 2.000 DKK extras).Acabamos cancelando e não recomendamos o Comwell Korsør devido ao serviço ruim e ao manuseio pouco profissional. É uma pena, mas oferecer o mesmo produto a um preço extra extremo não é bom. Bom verão.

Quiet location, nice spa with great saunagus. Breakfast is good but a bit boring if you stay longer than 2 days. Minuses are: there's no bar in the room. You have to buy an extra access to spa even though you have a room from which you have direct access to spa. There's no place to let the bathrobe to dry in the room but you cannot get the second bathrobe after you use your original one that you get when you check in. They will even reject to give you a new one at the reception, saying something along the lines that the external service handles the bathrobe cleaning. Overal experience was positive and we will probably visit again in autumn but there are things to improve :)

Lots of small logistic problems. Wrong food. Lack of ordered snacks. Power in the rooms and conference area were lacking as well. Most of it were sorted but not all. Area around the place is quite good, but not amazing, unless you play golf.

They have a wonderful spa facility. New and well organized. Especially in weekdays it is so quiet. We stayed at standard room and the room was little bit older than I had expected. Even though breakfast buffet was not that big, I want to visit again. It was nice spa trip!

Nice location. Hotel looks nice on the outside. The breakfast was really good.But the room was old, had a lot of spiders Hanging around and a missing tile in the badroom (with some sharp edges as a result). Everything in the room was really old. I think that it was built in the nineties and they overhauled everything except the rooms at some point in time. Or at least or room.The beds were really soft.

Nice hotel, nice garden. Waiters in the restaurant could be more polite and less arogant. And the menu could be improved. Anyway, me and my husband we spent only 1 night, during our bike tour copenhagen-koge-korsor-rotchild-roskilde-copenhagen.

Room was dirty, hairs all around the bathroom, filthy tiles and sink. In need of serious updating.
Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had, queued for a booked table and waited a long time for service and the staff were rude. No apology or compensation offered.
Won’t be back.

Waiting line for the restaurant is crazy even if you have booked a table. It sounded like Disneyland... However, the spa and the hotel were really nice.

The mirror was broken. Lighting in the room was poor. No a/c, no fans and no refrigerator unlike other 4 star hotels we have been before. It would have been worse if we were to stay there on a hotter and humid day.
Otherwise, the breakfast was awesome, the beds were comfortable, and it was peaceful and quiet throughout the night, thus we had a peaceful sleep.

The hotel structure is nice, but you don´t have a lot do there if you are not going to the spa that is the main attraction for sure. But, the spa is very expensive. The prices are far away from the reality. I also the bar facilities in the drinks was pretty good with an amazing salad. On the other hand, the waiter that was attending us was not so nice. To conclude, it is not a hotel that you can expect too much. The rooms were okay also. I was with my wife there, and the bed was two single beds together. For sure, not a pleasant thing for us.

Just had guests staying at the hotel throughout the week. It is definitely not the last time we will do that. Very reasonable on their pricing and great amenities! Location is also perfect for people coming via either train or car from the highway. Good restaurant also, with Grill Themed buffet in the summer.

A bit of a varied impression. The outside of the spa was nice, but the interior of both the spa and rooms were a little bit rundown, but okay and fully acceptable. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, but the food at the restaurant in the evening left us wanting. It was a bit too simple and especially for those of us that were vegetarians which felt sparse at best and not at all the same level as the meat dishes. Raising this complaint to the restaurant personnel were met very defensively, but the reception desk the day after met it with a higher degree of professionalism, so thumbs up for them! 😊
