We had a wonderful stay here. You get a lot for a reasonable price on Rome, an the location of fantastic. We had a small room but a private bath and everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good and the dining area is very comfortable. Super friendly staff.

This wonderfully private Boutique B&B far exceeded my expectations!! The accommodations were very modern and well kept. Breakfast is delicious (and the best coffee I have ever had) and served on a lovely outdoor patio. But besides the accommodations and the location being perfect, the service we received from Alex was unparalleled! He was so kind and professional and truly made the experience there top notch. He is so well spoken and intelligent and provided us a wonderful highlighted path to explore the best sites in the city. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

This is a small B&B within an apartment building off an alley near Barberini plaza. When we checked in, the staff were very friendly and helpful. During our stay they would book dinner reservations quickly once I e-mailed to request this. Breakfast is fine, but nothing special. The rooms are either one, two, or three spiral stairs up with no lift. So be prepared to carry your luggage up a lot of stairs. The room was nicely decorated but had a few minor issues. The bedspread had a spot and needed to be cleaned. The curtains also could have used a cleaning. The shower water temperature would fluctuate greatly sometimes between chilly and too hot. That being said, this was a decent place considering the rate and how pricey Rome can be.
