Escolhi o hotel pela sua localização e também por se tratar de um parceiro contratual para o evento "Em Praga em casa". Infelizmente, fui informado na recepção que não tinha direito aos pontos porque não cumpria as condições. Depois de vários telefonemas com o gerente do hotel e com o infoline da cidade de Praga, os pontos me foram dados duas vezes (até a noite do primeiro dia) com o rosto alongado da recepcionista, de modo que não tive tempo de visitar os pontos turísticos que planejava ver durante minha estadia de dois dias. Além disso, na saída, descobri que o hotel realmente não possui informações competentes e não oferece o serviço para outros hóspedes ...

Valor incrível para o dinheiro, nunca encontrei melhor na minha vida! Localização super central, a meio minuto da praça da cidade velha. Os quartos espaçosos e bem equipados, a casa de banho impecável, tudo muito limpo, a limpeza se repete todos os dias de forma meticulosa. As pessoas da recepção foram muito gentis, deram-nos muitas dicas boas. O pequeno-almoço é servido numa sala bonita e é muito grande, excelente iogurte e bacon, mas também sobremesas ... O terraço nos telhados e nas torres da cidade velha é lindo O hotel participou de uma iniciativa municipal de incentivo ao turismo durante a atual crise, na prática, por cada noite passada no hotel você tem direito a 2 pontos por pessoa, para serem usados para entrar em alguns museus ou atrações gratuitamente. férias verdadeiramente inesquecíveis. Se eu alguma vez voltar a Praga, ficaria neste hotel novamente!

Central but hidden location
at the pulsing heart of prague.Beautiful view over the city roofs, once in a while surrounded by the smell of czech gulash.
Small but clean rooms,nice rooftop terrace, small and tight reception and breakfast room at the wine cellar.The breakfast choices were good, the belonging restaurant next door offeres good food and is cosy furnished in a dark industrial style, don't miss to take a look at it. The stuff was almost everytime friendly,active english speakers,24hours at the reception. As the location is in the middle of many bars and restaurants,it can be difficult to sleep because of loud drunken people at night outside or the streetcleaning cars early in the morning.

You can't get any closer to Old Town Square. Very modern hotel with an elevator. Expansive breakfast included. Staff especially Mina who speaks perfect English was very helpful with recommendations. It is located in a pedestrian zone of cobblestone streets in a narrow alley which makes carrying luggage a bit difficult. I took bus and subway from the airport which left me near Kozna street where hotel is located.

Ubicación inmejorable. Estuvimos en la habitación 37. El colchón de ambas camas totalmente plano, sin forma, dormimos encima de una tabla, incomodísimo. El baño bien y el desayuno correcto. El personal correcto también

A bad experience:Pros: it's in the center of Prague, right next to the old town square.Cons: I booked a standard double room with a double bed, and instead they gave me a room with two single beds on opposite sides of the room!...The woman at reception always looks sour faced and miserable.When you check in they take photocopies of your passport (like they do in countries like Vietnam!) and you also need to have your debit/credit card with you to check in....They run this place like a military base rather than a hotel, at times when the receptionist had to leave the reception briefly they would lock the doors until they returned! So during that time no one could enter or leave the building....Also if you have any guests they won't be allowed to come to your room unless they hand over their ID to the miserable receptionist to photocopy it...The hotel itself is in a small alley that looks like the kind of place where you might get mugged....Also if you stay in one of the 1st or 2nd floor rooms facing the alley, around 6-6:30 am every morning you will be woken up by people emptying two large bins that are in front of the hotel's entrance.
