Pretty convenient location for a home base (close to TCH). Clean rooms. Breakfast is decent (the darker haired gentleman serving was patient and kind, the other guy could use more tact). Pool was easy to book and the kids loved it. All around a great experience.

Customer service was above and beyond. The waterslide is awesome and the stairs up are plastic so great for small kids. Clean, great breakfast. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. Comfortable beds and really clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious. Went swimming in the pool and it was just like getting in the bath. So warm 🥰

Mi hermana y yo nos alojamos en el Fairfield Inn anoche. Tengo que decir que "Sherry Lynn" (espero tener su nombre correcto) hizo todo lo posible para ayudarnos. Visité el escritorio un par de veces y ella brindó un excelente servicio al cliente mientras yo estaba allí esperando para hablar con ella. Siempre me gustó quedarme en Kenmount Rd cuando estoy en St. John's, incluso con toda la construcción. JAJAJA. Por lo general, la mejor ubicación para mí. Eu visitei a recepção algumas vezes e ela prestou um excelente atendimento ao cliente enquanto eu estava lá esperando para falar com ela. Eu sempre gostei de ficar na Kenmount Rd quando estou em St. John's, mesmo com toda a construção. LOL. Normalmente, o melhor local para mim. I se hospedaram no Fairfield Inn antes e certamente espero voltar no futuro. Camas confortáveis e ótimo café da manhã de cortesia.

My sister and I stayed at the Fairfield Inn last night. I have to say "Sherry Lynn" (hope I have her name correct) went above and beyond to be helpful to us. I did visit the desk a couple times and she provided excellent customer service to all while I was there waiting to speak to her. I always liked staying on Kenmount Rd when I am in St. John's even with all the construction. LOL. Usually the best location for me. I have stayed at the Fairfield Inn before and certainly hope to return in the future. Comfortable beds and great complimentary breakfast.
