Nice clean space but unfortunately we had incredibly noisy neighbours which ruined the experience. The rooms have a joining door which leaks far too much noise - wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a good nights sleep.

We were at a time when there was a constructions and it was awful. No gym and they didn't even mention that, non-stop noise from the construction in the hotel and there was no safe in the room. Also, first day we didn't get any room service at all.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was under construction and it was a terrible experience. The construction noise in the morning was incredibly disruptive and made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel promised that it would have a safe in the room for me to store my valuables, but when I arrived, there was no safe to be found. This made me feel very unsafe and I was constantly worried about my belongings. Furthermore, the housekeeping was completely absent during my stay. I found this to be unacceptable and it made the room feel dirty and unkempt. Despite all of these issues, the hotel still tried to charge me the full price for my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise anyone considering staying there to look for a different place to stay.

Huge disappointment. I have booked and confirmed hotel room week in advance. When arriving to the hotel, receptionist tells me, that there is problem and they don’t have room for me in a hotel because of reconstruction. As solution receptionist offers me to cancel the reservation or take me by taxi to other much more worse hotel. This is not the welcoming you are expecting, when you are arriving to the hotel exhausted after busy business day. Especially if you chose Leonardo hotel because of its solid reviews and kind of familiar atmosphere. So bad experience!

Very old hotel. The room was dirty and very dusty. The king size bed was tow seperate single beds with a gap in middle. The matrrsses were so thin and the bed was squeeky. The room was dirty!! The location is ok. The staff were very nice and polite and allowed me a late checkout, but then again the rooms is horrible. Stayed for one night only. I don't recommend, much better option nearby for a very close price range. Thank u staff, but this hotel need renovation asap.
