A range of ammenities in the room were not working including Air-conditioner, Fan, Lights, Fridge and Shower head. The room wasn't adequately cleaned upon arrival and some issues were not fixable for the duration of the trip. Specified and paid for an "Ocean View" room and received a view of some palm trees. Save yourself the hassle (and a substantial amount of money) and book through AirBnb.

Miserable service. They gave us a room well below what we paid for and 'upgraded' it to the lowest quality room that fit criteria. It costs the earth for something that feels like a motel out the back of a pub. Magnetic isalnd is a wonderful place but this just ruins the experience.

Beautiful location, room was immaculate, great views, the pools are so good, on-site parking is so handy as well The staff were so polite, friendly and very a accommodating, asked for an early check in and they were more than happy to assist Will certainly be back!

Absolutely Amazing! Highly recommend! The views, the infinity pools, gyms, rooms and friendly staff! Huge shout out to the lovely lady in reception who I beleieve is the manager! Super friendly and helpful! Will definitely be back!

Exceptional. Very clean with all the luxuries including full kitchen, full bathrooms and personal laundry. The views are worth a million bucks! Highly recommended.
