Great all inclusive Christmas party once it started. Veg very Dante or forks blunt. Room a bit cold and given the weather no way of warming it up. Breakfast not enough staff to keep buffet supplies topped up long waits for various resupply. Setting lovely especially in the snow. Grande festa de Natal com tudo incluído, uma vez que começou. Veg muito Dante ou garfos sem corte. Quarto um pouco frio e devido ao clima não há como aquecê-lo. O café da manhã não tem funcionários suficientes para manter os suprimentos do buffet cobertos por longas esperas por vários reabastecimentos. Cenário adorável, especialmente na neve.

Management skills are in need of desperate attention. Refusal to allow me to speak with owners directly about my issues and concerns about my disastrous stay including management. Booked a family room and was unable to change due to hotel being full. No offer was given to swap rooms only on request of myself not down to management. No compensation was offered in regards to my stay and management was not interested in adhering to my complaints. Room was highly uncomortable due to 2 twin beds pushed together to make a double unable to sleep with my husband due to huge gap in bed. I made 2 noise complaints made over the 1st 2 nights stay. Cups and cutlery needed changing on arrival as was unclean I requested these changed. Also I had to request extra large towels even though this was something that should of been done before my arrival. Dogs bowls were dirty I had to request these to be changed and more appropriate sized bowls provided no dog poo bags were given even though I had asked. Food was okay. Housekeeping staff were lovely and supportive especially due to my disability also girls on front desk were very helpful. Have never stayed in any accommodation where when asked to speak with owners were denied. Will not be returning to this hotel As habilidades de gerenciamento precisam de atenção desesperada. Recusa em permitir que eu fale diretamente com os proprietários sobre meus problemas e preocupações sobre minha estadia desastrosa, incluindo a administração. Reservei um quarto familiar e não foi possível mudar devido ao hotel estar cheio. Nenhuma oferta foi feita para trocar de quarto apenas a pedido de mim mesmo, não da gerência. Nenhuma compensação foi oferecida em relação à minha estadia e a gerência não estava interessada em atender às minhas reclamações. O quarto era altamente desconfortável devido a 2 camas de solteiro juntas para formar uma cama de casal incapaz de dormir com meu marido devido ao enorme espaço na cama. Fiz 2 reclamações de ruído feitas durante a 1ª estadia de 2 noites. Copos e talheres precisavam ser trocados na chegada, pois estavam sujos. Solicitei que fossem trocados. Também tive que solicitar toalhas extra grandes, embora isso fosse algo que deveria ter sido feito antes da minha chegada. As tigelas dos cães estavam sujas, tive que solicitar que fossem trocadas e tigelas de tamanho mais apropriado, desde que nenhum saco de cocô de cachorro fosse dado, embora eu tivesse pedido. A comida estava ok. A equipe de arrumação foi adorável e solidária, especialmente devido à minha deficiência, também as meninas da recepção foram muito úteis. Nunca fiquei em nenhum alojamento onde, quando solicitado a falar com os proprietários, foi negado. Não voltarei a este hotel

Negativa a permitirme hablar directamente con los propietarios sobre mis problemas e inquietudes sobre mi desastrosa estadía, incluida la administración. Reservé una habitación familiar y no pude cambiar debido a que el hotel estaba lleno. No se hizo ninguna oferta para cambiar de habitación solo a pedido mío, no a la gerencia. También tuve que pedir toallas extra grandes a pesar de que esto era algo que debería haberse hecho antes de mi llegada. Los tazones de los perros estaban sucios. Tuve que solicitar que se cambiaran y tazones de tamaño más apropiado siempre que no se proporcionaran bolsas de caca de perro a pesar de que lo había pedido. La comida estaba bien. El personal de limpieza fue encantador y solidario, especialmente debido a mi discapacidad, también las niñas en la recepción fueron muy serviciales. Nunca me he alojado en ningún alojamiento donde cuando se les pidió hablar con los propietarios se les negó. No volveré a este hotel.

Firstly I’d like to point out how friendly the receptionist was, the rest of the staff we met not so much. Bar staff were miserable and seemed like they would sooner be anywhere than at work, lady in front of us ordered a vodka and Diet Coke only to be told “no Diet Coke it’s Pepsi max” in the bluntest way possible, also soft drinks were served from warm, flat 2l bottlesStayed for my birthday to visit the safari park next day, got a messagethe night before we visited to say restaurant was full and only a small possibility of eating in the bar, this means we’re left looking for somewhere to eat locally and the wife or I not being able to drink due to driving (nearest restaurant in walking distance, chef off sick) this set the entire mood for the weekend, driving round trying to find somewhere to eat on your birthday, mrs can’t drink etcMore insultingly restaurant didn’t appear full, but there was a wedding on, got the impression staff couldn’t be bothered to deal with both!It’s the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, the doors appear to have some kind of mechanical slam assistance which propels them closed at mach 3, doors banging until 4 in the morning, an hour of reasonable sleep then doors banging from 5 onwardsRoom wasn’t cleaned properly and there was a half eaten biscuit on the floor, bathroom was very scabby, shower didn’t turn completely off and mildew everywhere, extractor fan didn’t work and there were holes in the bed sheets!Hallway to the rooms was filthy, hairs and dust in all the corners, got the distinct impression cleaners and manager aren’t particularly othered what the place looks like!Possibly the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had away from home, we got up and left, didn’t even stay for breakfast Em primeiro lugar, gostaria de salientar o quão amigável a recepcionista foi, o resto da equipe que conhecemos não tanto. Os funcionários do bar estavam infelizes e pareciam que prefeririam estar em qualquer lugar do que no trabalho, a senhora na nossa frente pediu uma vodca e Coca Diet apenas para ouvir “sem Diet Coke, é Pepsi max” da maneira mais direta possível, também foram servidos refrigerantes a partir de garrafas quentes e planas de 2lFiquei no meu aniversário para visitar o safari park no dia seguinte, recebi uma mensagem na noite anterior à nossa visita dizendo que o restaurante estava cheio e apenas uma pequena possibilidade de comer no bar, isso significa que ficamos procurando um lugar para comer localmente e o minha esposa ou eu não podemos beber devido a dirigir (restaurante mais próximo a uma curta distância, chef doente) isso definiu todo o clima para o fim de semana, dirigindo por aí tentando encontrar um lugar para comer no seu aniversário, a sra não pode beber etcMais insultuosamente, o restaurante não parecia cheio, mas havia um casamento, tive a impressão de que a equipe não se deu ao trabalho de lidar com os dois!É o hotel mais barulhento em que já me hospedei, as portas parecem ter algum tipo de assistência mecânica que as impulsiona a fechar a mach 3, portas batendo até as 4 da manhã, uma hora de sono razoável e portas batendo das 5 em dianteO quarto não estava bem limpo e havia um biscoito meio comido no chão, o banheiro estava muito carrancudo, o chuveiro não desligava completamente e mofo por toda parte, o exaustor não funcionava e havia buracos nos lençóis da cama!Corredor para os quartos estava imundo, cabelos e poeira em todos os cantos, tenho a impressão distinta de que os limpadores e o gerente não estão particularmente preocupados com a aparência do lugar!Possivelmente as piores noites de sono que já tive fora de casa, levantamos e saímos, nem ficamos para o café da manhã
We have just returned home from the most wonderful stay at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable and had wonderful staff.I was so pleased to see they catered breakfast to suit the vegetarian and vegan diet. In particular,Steven was brilliant with dealing with a slight incident we had with a broken tile in the bathroom & we felt very looked after. I would perhaps suggest a slot for adult only swim times for a more relaxing experience. But,overall, highly recommend and it was lovely! Thank you. Acabamos de voltar para casa da estadia mais maravilhosa neste hotel. Era limpo, confortável e tinha uma equipe maravilhosa. Fiquei tão satisfeito ao ver que eles serviram café da manhã para se adequar à dieta vegetariana e vegana. Em particular, Steven foi brilhante ao lidar com um pequeno incidente que tivemos com um azulejo quebrado no banheiro e nos sentimos muito bem cuidados. Talvez eu sugira um slot para adultos apenas nadar vezes para uma experiência mais relaxante. Mas, no geral, recomendo e foi adorável! Obrigada.

Acabamos de regresar a casa de la estancia más maravillosa en este hotel. Estaba limpio, cómodo y tenía un personal maravilloso. Me complació mucho ver que sirvieron el desayuno para adaptarse a la dieta vegetariana y vegana. En particular, Steven fue brillante al lidiar con un pequeño incidente que tuvimos con un azulejo roto en el baño y nos sentimos muy atendidos. Quizás sugeriría un espacio para nadar solo para adultos para una experiencia más relajante. Pero, en general, lo recomiendo encarecidamente y fue encantador! Gracias.

El personal del bar era miserable y parecía que preferirían estar en cualquier lugar que en el trabajo, la dama frente a nosotros pidió un vodka y una Coca-Cola Light solo para que le dijeran "no Coca-Cola Light, es Pepsi max" de la manera más directa posible, también se sirvieron refrescos de botellas calientes y planas de 2lMe alojé para mi cumpleaños para visitar el parque safari al día siguiente, recibí un mensaje la noche anterior a nuestra visita para decir que el restaurante estaba lleno y solo había una pequeña posibilidad de comer en el bar, esto significa que nos quedamos buscando un lugar para comer localmente y el mi esposa o yo no pudimos beber debido a que condujimos (el restaurante más cercano a poca distancia, el chef se ausentó por enfermedad) esto creó todo el estado de ánimo para el fin de semana, conducir tratando de encontrar un lugar para comer en su cumpleaños, la señora no puede beber, etc.Más insultantemente, el restaurante no parecía estar lleno, pero había una boda, ¡tenía la impresión de que el personal no podía molestarse en tratar con ambos!Es el hotel más ruidoso en el que me he alojado, las puertas parecen tener algún tipo de asistencia mecánica que las impulsa a cerrarse a mach 3, las puertas se golpean hasta las 4 de la mañana, una hora de sueño razonable y luego las puertas se golpean desde las 5 en adelante.La habitación no se limpió correctamente y había una galleta a medio comer en el piso, el baño estaba muy sucio, la ducha no se cerraba completamente y había moho en todas partes, el extractor no funcionaba y había agujeros en las sábanas de la cama.El pasillo a las habitaciones estaba sucio, pelos y polvo en todos los rincones, dieron la impresión de que los limpiadores y el gerente no están particularmente molestos por el aspecto del lugar.Posiblemente las peores noches de sueño que he tenido fuera de casa, nos levantamos y nos fuimos, ni siquiera nos quedamos a desayunar

Booked as in easy distance for safari park,and had a pool. Staff very helpful Bit pricey for food an drinks Nice surroundings Breakfast very good Not ideal for disabled as no lifts Very rowdy on wedding events,kids running up down hall way. 2nd wedding while we there some guest arguing in car park. Reservado como em uma distância fácil para o parque de safári, e tinha uma piscina. Pessoal muito prestativo Pouco caro para comida e bebidas Ambiente agradável Café da manhã muito bom Não é ideal para deficientes físicos, pois não há elevadores Muito barulhento em eventos de casamento, crianças correndo pelo corredor. 2º casamento enquanto estávamos lá alguns convidados discutindo no estacionamento.
Went to a friend's wedding. The venue was nicely decorated and clean BUT the drinks were ridiculously expensive and poorly served. The drinks that were provided at the reception (processeco)were warm and completely flat. Our friend bought two drinks at the bar and they charged £35!!!! You expect to pay a bit more but that was just extortionate. We bought a pint of beer and a coke £9! Needless to say we then drank tap water after that. It's a shame as I would expect a better service for somebodies wedding. Fui ao casamento de um amigo. O local era bem decorado e limpo, mas as bebidas eram ridiculamente caras e mal servidas. As bebidas que foram fornecidas na recepção (processeco) eram quentes e completamente planas. Nosso amigo comprou duas bebidas no bar e eles cobraram £ 35!!!! Você espera pagar um pouco mais, mas isso foi apenas exorbitante. Compramos uma cerveja e uma coca-cola £ 9! Escusado será dizer que bebemos água da torneira depois disso. É uma pena, pois eu esperaria um serviço melhor para o casamento de alguém.

Esperas pagar un poco más, pero eso fue exorbitante. ¡Compramos una pinta de cerveza y una coca-cola £9! No hace falta decir que luego bebimos agua del grifo después de eso. Es una pena, ya que esperaría un mejor servicio para la boda de alguien.

The last night we arrived in there was about 6.25 & we didn’t get out of there until after 8.30. They need someone to manage the waiters/waitresses to serve quicker. We weren’t the only ones who were unhappy. Quarto era confortável e limpo também o banheiro. A cama e os travesseiros foram um pouco difíceis para nós, mas você não pode agradar a todos, pois os gostos são diferentes. A única reclamação foi o serviço no restaurante à noite. Vindo de ônibus, reservamos nossa comida com antecedência todas as manhãs. A equipe foi adorável, mas a espera que tivemos para cada curso foi horrível. A última noite em que chegamos lá era cerca de 6h25 e não saímos de lá até depois das 8h30. Eles precisam de alguém para gerenciar os garçons/garçonetes para servir mais rápido. Não fomos os únicos infelizes.

Viniendo en un autocar, habíamos reservado nuestra comida con anticipación todas las mañanas. El personal era encantador, pero la espera que tuvimos para cada curso fue horrible. La última noche que llegamos allí fue alrededor de las 6.25 y no salimos de allí hasta después de las 8.30. Necesitan a alguien que maneje a los camareros/camareras para servir más rápido. No éramos los únicos descontentos.
