Location location location, with the proximity to everything being either a shuttle ride or a quick walk away was great. One note the shuttles to go back to this hotel often was a bit of a wait, but that was the only downside. The size of the room was better than expected and the accommodations in the room was a pleasant surprise. Like dish soap and laundry packets, they really think of everything. The precautions with Covid and the small changes in housekeeping, made me feel that they cared about our safety. The pool is perfectly sized, you felt like you had your own space around the pool. The grounds were clean and well maintained by the staff, I really recommend this property.
Mais uma vez tenho que comentar sobre as pessoas que trabalham nesses resorts. Eles têm sido nada menos que incríveis. Disposto a atender às suas necessidades. O resort, porém bonito por fora precisa de algum trabalho por dentro. Portas, lâmpadas, ACs e louças de banheiro quebradas, mas quem vem para as Bahamas para ficar dentro de casa. A comida, as bebidas e mais bebidas. Ir para a academia é uma obrigação enquanto aqui. Tudo é tão bom.
Ótimo lugar para se visitar seja para os adultos ou para toda a família. O resort é super amigável! O pessoal é extremamente cortês e as bebidas são incrivelmente saborosas!

Una vez más tengo que comentar sobre las personas que trabajan en estos resorts. Han sido nada menos que asombrosos. Dispuesto a satisfacer sus necesidades. Great place to visit whether it's for the adults or for the entire family. The resort is super friendly! The staff is extremely courteous and the drinks are unbelievable tasty!
Once again I have to comment on the people who work at these resorts. They have been nothing short of amazing. Willing to accommodate your needs. The resort however beautiful on the outside needs some work on the inside. Broken doors, lamps, ACs and bathroom fixtures but who comes to the Bahamas to stay indoors. The food, the drinks and more drinks. Going to the gym is a must while here. Everything is so good.

The Harbourside Resort is awesome. They have the best staff. Everyone is always willing to help and they make you feel like family. I will definitely go back and I recommend anyone going to the Bahamas to stay there.

Overall great experience. There was a problem with the lock on our door so we were suck outside of our room THREE times but they were very nice about fixing everything, and the even gave us a 100$ room credit for the inconvenience. 10/10 would recommend.

Gorgeous views depending on the building. No service during the week due to covid but dropped off fresh towels mid week. Some parts looking a little dated.

It is a wonderful resort. We totally loved it. The rooms have everything you need, the staff is wonderful (Especially Tremika who always had a smile and helped us organizing everything we needed) , the beaches (Only a 5 minutes free shuttle away) are beautiful... Totally recommend it!

During multiple meetings we have attended for Harborside timeshare ownership, the staff pushed that this timeshare would go up in price like a piece of property. They stressed that this could be sold at any time for a profit. We tried to get your company to buy it back but was unsuccessful. Owning this timeshare has been the worst decision of our lives and we feel that if all the information was told to us correctly that it could have changed whether or not we signed the contract.People go on vacation to enjoy themselves and to have a good time, not to be pressured into a life changing decision that turns out to be a scam.Shame on you.
Buenísimo lugar. La isla es preciosa y las habitaciones de este hotel son muy completas y amplias. Se tiene acceso todo el tiempo a todo el complejo de Atlantis y los demás hoteles del complejo.
Hermoso pero los precios no son muy accesibles
Fuí tres veces y me gusto y me sigue gustando. Buena atención, buena gente,muy bonito y tranquilo y espero volver a ir.
