O hotel fica perto da estação ferroviária, do centro da cidade e de Stångån - central com um ambiente acolhedor e arborizado. Os quartos são limpos, boa ventilação e nenhum ruído de quartos próximos. Conversei com o pessoal da recepção, sala de jantar e limpeza, todos foram muito bem recebidos. Uma estrela especial para o pessoal de limpeza que foi muito simpático e fez um excelente trabalho - limpo e agradável em ambos os quartos e áreas públicas. Después de 2 visitas en las que intentamos reservar una habitación específica en la que ambas veces nos prometieron conseguir esa habitación, pero al llegar recibimos información de que ya estaba llena, por lo que no puedo recomendar este hotel. Si solo tiene una habitación, probablemente esté bien, pero no espere reservas especiales.

El hotel está cerca de la estación de tren, el centro de la ciudad y Stångån, el centro con un ambiente acogedor y frondoso. Las habitaciones están limpias, tienen buena ventilación y no hay ruido de las habitaciones cercanas. Hablé con el personal de recepción, comedor y limpieza, todos tuvieron una agradable bienvenida. Ligeramente gastado con necesidades de renovación, pero sigue siendo un diamante sin cortar. Teníamos una habitación estupenda con balcón y vistas al agua. La habitación era acogedora, pero la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Conveniente si tiene niños y un automóvil, incluido un garaje en el sótano. Buen desayuno buffet y amplio comedor. Gran ventaja para el personal.

Stay here several nights a year. Rooms are really basic and can use a update, like couple years ago. Despite good location and friendly staff due to the old rooms not a nice place to stay to be honest.

Standard rooms nothing special but the location of the hotel is great. 2-4 min walk over the bridge to the center where you find everything.

I got a nice greeting at the reception, and they listened to requests regarding the room, I appreciated that. The room was ok, view of Stångån was extra plus. However the rooms are not well isolated, people out in the hall seemed to be in the room. Doors getting slammed is heard all across, showers and running pipes is heard through the bathroom. Breakfast was diverse, I think many will find something good to eat. Quality of the foods was also a bit diverse, yoghurt and bread with toppings was good, coffee simply ok, smoothies not very nice, one super sweet, one sour, combine these and you get one that is simply ok in flavor. Deserts seemed nice, but I kept away. Free entry to gym and sauna is a plus. Would personally look at another hotel for next visit. But not the worst experience, maybe we had bad luck and got people near us that was extra noisy.

Great location and walking distance to all the city spots. There’s parking available on site but there’s no guarantee a spot. However, it’s ok if you don’t get a parking spot since there’s a big parking lot just across the street. The hotel room itself is quite old and outdated though. Everything was at bare minimum but at the same time it felt quite clean. The queen size bed was quite small but comfortable. It has a nice and strong air conditioning system so it’s not a big problem for the summer especially that they have huge windows. Gym was very bad and small. You don’t really book your time to go to the gym like it was said on the welcome email for the pandemic measures. You have to try your luck and hope there’s no one there. Hotel staff was ok. Some were really friendly and some can barely understand English which you would have thought this is quite basic requirements for hotel front desk. Overall an ok choice!

The receptionist stole my creditcard info. Its done frequently by hotels, She didnt ask for my permission. The receptionist demanded my creditcard to pay for extra parking. she never told me she was about to scan my card into your computer and all the data with it. I dont want anyone to keep my credit card informafion unless you want me to have yours?? This makes me furious. This is the only place I have been stupid enough to hand over my card to a stranger.

A positive and helpful staff makes a big difference! The front desk helped me big time with printing some documents. Otherwise a comfortable bed, clean room and good breakfast
