Stayed here before our flight before Christmas 2022.Great proximity to the train station and terminal building (T1) Room was spacious and set up perfectly for family of 4.Could be soundproofed better, could hear everything going on in the hotel and people coming and going at all hours for early and late flights. Take some earplugs if you want to get some decent sleep. Fiquei aqui antes do nosso voo antes do Natal de 2022.Grande proximidade à estação ferroviária e ao edifício do terminal (T1) O quarto era espaçoso e configurado perfeitamente para uma família de 4 pessoas.Poderia ser melhor insonorizado, podia ouvir tudo o que acontecia no hotel e as pessoas indo e vindo a qualquer hora para voos cedo e tarde. Pegue alguns tampões de ouvido se quiser dormir decentemente.

Great location, 3 min drive to terminal 1. Comfortable room although was very warm! Breakfast was lovely and fresh. Warm cookie on check in went down very well and a free drink token. Cameron on reception was lovely Ótima localização, 3 minutos de carro do terminal 1. Quarto confortável, embora muito quente! Café-da-manhã foi adorável e fresco. Biscoito quente no check-in caiu muito bem e um token de bebida grátis. Cameron na recepção foi adorável

I called the day before our stay and chatted with Naomi. I wanted to see if we would be able to get an early check-in for my kids to be able to take their late afternoon nap. Naomi was more than accommodating. She mentioned she would be working when we checked in and she would assist with getting us set up. We didn’t end showing up as early as we thought, but when we arrived, there weren’t any luggage carts available, but Naomi offered to help bring our luggage to our room. She also made sure we were set up with our baby crib. Naomi’s bubbly personality and willing to help out in anyway, was some of the best, most welcoming service I’ve ever received staying at a Hilton Hotel. She for sure made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable before our long journey home back to the Bay Area, CA.Chris from housekeeping was also a huge help with making sure our toddlers bed was made and set up along with tracking down dish soap to clean our babies bottles before our trip home. Huge help!! Liguei um dia antes da nossa estadia e conversei com Naomi. Eu queria ver se conseguiríamos um check-in antecipado para meus filhos poderem tirar a soneca no final da tarde. Naomi foi mais do que complacente. Ela mencionou que estaria trabalhando quando fizéssemos o check-in e ajudaria a nos preparar. We stayed overnight here when TUI cancelled our flight. The staff were all lovely, and did their best to support us all. The room was very comfortable,we slept very well. Food was really nice. Great location near the airport, ample parking. Would stay again. Passamos a noite aqui quando a TUI cancelou nosso voo. Os funcionários foram todos adoráveis, e fizeram o seu melhor para nos apoiar a todos. O quarto era muito confortável, dormimos muito bem. A comida era muito boa. Ótima localização perto do aeroporto, amplo estacionamento. Ficaria novamente.

I was there for a day stay (long haul overnight / transfer). the room was quiet - I don't know if it was intentional (thank you if so!) but the corridor was mercifully not full of people leaving rooms and cleaners etc. so that was genuinely good, as there is nothing worse than buying a room for the day and being kept away by noise! The shower was good. I've not given 5 stars as I found the room looked dated... and think it could do with, given the price of a day stay, at least some nibbles or some sort of extra effort really. Eu estava lá para uma estadia de um dia (longa viagem durante a noite / transferência). o quarto estava quieto - não sei se foi intencional (obrigado se sim!), mas o corredor não estava cheio de pessoas saindo de quartos e faxineiras etc. espaço para o dia e sendo afastado pelo barulho! O chuveiro era bom. Eu não dei 5 estrelas, pois achei que o quarto parecia datado.

Estuve allí para una estadía de un día (larga distancia durante la noche / transferencia). la habitación estaba en silencio; no sé si fue intencional (¡gracias si es así!) pero, afortunadamente, el pasillo no estaba lleno de personas que salían de las habitaciones y limpiadores, etc., así que eso fue realmente bueno, ya que no hay nada peor que comprar un espacio para pasar el día y estar alejado del ruido. La ducha era buena. Excellent airport hotel. Was very happy to feel at home after a long week in the UK- very familiar amenities and the bedding was the high quality I would expect from a Hilton. Car rental return and terminal are walking distance, but they had a contracted shuttle service for hire as well. On-prem restaurant and bar looked great (some outside patio seating available) but we didn't have time to enjoy. Excelente hotel de aeroporto. Foi muito feliz por se sentir em casa após uma longa semana no Reino Unido- comodidades muito familiares e as roupas de cama eram de alta qualidade que eu esperaria de um Hilton. O retorno e o terminal de aluguel de carros estão a uma curta distância, mas eles também tinham um serviço de transporte contratado para alugar. Restaurante e bar no local parecia ótimo (alguns lugares no pátio externo disponíveis), mas não tivemos tempo para desfrutar.
While staying there waiting to catch a flight to our grandsons wedding my wife had a heart attack. The staff acted quickly and there response helped save her. I had to stay on for a further few nights and the staff were fantastic. The help they gave me was first class. I would like to thank them for all the help they gave me. Enquanto estava lá esperando para pegar um vôo para o casamento de nossos netos, minha esposa teve um ataque cardíaco. A equipe agiu rapidamente e a resposta ajudou a salvá-la. Adorável hotel, excelente serviço. Muito bom e amigável e profissional. Bom quarto para ficar também. Transporte para o aeroporto foi fornecido. O serviço de transporte não foi amigável ou agradável, mas nos levou até lá. Também era muito pequeno. Se você tiver um monte de malas, elas não caberão. Comida era muito boa no restaurante do hotel, se um pouco caro. Finalmente - a localização é perfeita para o aeroporto. Definitivamente recomendaria para voos matinais.
Encantador hotel, excelente servicio. Muy agradable y amable y profesional. Bonita habitación para quedarse también. Se proporcionó transporte al aeropuerto. El servicio de transporte no fue amable ni agradable, pero nos llevó allí. También era muy pequeño. Si tienes un montón de maletas, no cabrán. La comida era muy buena en el restaurante del hotel, aunque un poco caro. Finalmente, la ubicación es perfecta para el aeropuerto. Definitivamente lo recomendaría para vuelos matutinos.
Lovely hotel, excellent service. Very nice and friendly and professional. Nice room to stay in as well. Shuttle to airport was provided. Shuttle service was not friendly or nice, but got us there. It was also really small. If you have a load of suitcases, they will not fit. Food was really good in hotel restaurant, if a bit overpriced. Finally - location is perfect for the Airport. Would definitely recommend for morning flights.

Eu dei ao hotel 4/5 desconsiderando o restaurante, eu honestamente daria ao restaurante sozinho um 2/5 com base no que pagamos e recebemos!
Me alojé aquí para aparcar y montar durante 10 días.Hotel: excelente estadía nocturna, limpio, bien equipado y con una cama cómoda. El personal de recepción y salida es servicial y eficiente.Estacionamiento - Spot on. Espacios de tamaño decente, con un proceso fácil.Bebidas / restaurante: aquí es donde vamos al sur. Rápidamente. Muy caro y solo comida promedio devuelta. El personal fue excelente y se rió mucho con ellos, pero la elección del menú es pobre, y las opciones simplemente no están a la altura del precio. Desafortunadamente, mi grupo rechazó mi oferta de llevarnos al Trafford Center para comer y cenamos aquí.Lo siento, muchachos, es muy poco lo que puedo aplaudir a la sección de restaurantes aquí. Definitivamente usaría el parque y montaría aquí de nuevo. . . Solo viaja por comida. Stayed here for park and ride for 10 days.Hotel - Excellent night stay, clean, well equipped and comfy bed. Staff on reception and check out we're helpful and efficient.Parking - Spot on. Decent size spaces, with an easy process.Drinks / restaurant - This is where we go south. Quickly. Very expensive and only average food returned. Staff were great and had a good laugh with them, but the menu choice is poor, and options just do not measure up to the price. Unfortunately my party refused my offer of driving us to Trafford Centre for food and we dined here.Sorry chaps, very little I can applaud the restaurant section for here. I would definately use the park and ride here again... Just travel out for food. I have given the hotel 4/5 disregarding the restaurant, I would honestly give the restaurant alone a 2/5 based on what we paid and received!
Os funcionários da recepção foram simpáticos e prestativos, mas isso é tudo o que este hotel tinha para oferecer. O quarto era horrível, tinha uma enorme mancha de umidade no carpete da entrada que deixou minhas meias tão molhadas que ainda não haviam secado no dia seguinte. A cama foi a mais difícil em que já dormi. Entendo que você paga um prêmio por estar no aeroporto, mas por £ 220 por noite foi chocantemente pobre. Honestamente, teríamos sido melhor apenas levar alguns sacos de dormir para o aeroporto!
The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful but that's about all this hotel had going for it. The room was awful, it had a huge patch of damp on the carpet by the entrance which made my socks so wet they still hadn't dried the next day. The bed was the hardest I have ever slept on. I get that you pay a premium for it being in the airport but for £220 a night it was shockingly poor. Honestly we would have been better off just taking some sleeping bags to the airport!
Company booked a day room as I had 9 hours lay over in Manchester. Room wasn't ready. Got some time to relax, shower etc and to be honest room was better than average.. so.. Hilton.. sort your cleaning schedule for day rooms and your fine.
Cannot fault the staff at this hotel. Due to fly to Kos at 06.00hrs 1/6/22. Flight delayed for 14hrs. We were travelling with a 6 month old baby plus we had all been up and at the airport since 03.00hrs. The staff at this hotel cleaned two vacated rooms for us to use until 15.00hrs to allow us to get a couple of hours rest and allow my granddaughter to stay in a quiet calm place. Everything we needed was provided. The room was spotless. The facilities and restaurant was lovely. Top marks to the staff on nights and days on the 1st June. I will always think of you fondly for showing such kindness. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and will happily stay there again.
Nice hotel very close to Terminal 1 at Manchester Airport. Shuttle bus is available for a small fee from 4:00am. Rooms very clean and more than adequate for an overnight stay before a flight. Bonus for us was surprisingly good food in the hotel restaurant. Usually I avoid these.

Boa localização, a uma curta distância do trem e direto para o terminal. A equipe foi super amigável. Nosso quarto estava um pouco cansado, mas nada muito ruim para uma noite. O jantar foi distintamente médio e a equipe (embora amigável) fez alguns contratempos. Café-da-manhã foi muito melhor comida de qualidade.
Excelente equipe em todo que prestou um excelente serviço. Do balcão de check-in ao restaurante e serviço de pequeno-almoço, foi tudo muito profissional e agradável. A equipe foi impecável. Os quartos eram muito limpos e frescos e muito confortáveis. Os biscoitos à chegada são um verdadeiro mimo e deliciosos. É uma pena que o transporte de ônibus agora tenha um custo separado. Costumava ser cortesia, mas os motoristas são ótimos, assim como os veículos.
Hermosas habitaciones, la televisión estaba codificada para brindarle ayuda, pero la televisión no funcionó en la guía durante demasiado tiempo y tuvo que cambiar constantemente de canal mientras miraba. Los precios eran bastante altos £300+ por 1 noche, pero para ser justos, es de 4 estrellas. Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que necesite estar en el aeropuerto o quiera dormir bien por la noche.
Buena ubicación, a poca distancia del tren y directamente a la terminal. El personal fue muy amable. Nuestra habitación estaba un poco vieja, pero nada tan malo para una noche. La cena fue claramente promedio y el personal (aunque amable) hizo algunos contratiempos. El desayuno era comida de mucha mejor calidad.
Excelente personal en todo momento que brindó un excelente servicio. Desde el mostrador de facturación hasta el restaurante y el servicio de desayuno, todo fue muy profesional y agradable. El personal estaba impecable. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y frescas y muy cómodas. Las galletas a la llegada son un verdadero placer y deliciosas. Good location, walking distance from train and straight to the terminal. Staff were super friendly. Our room was a bit tired, but nothing too bad for one night. Dinner was distinctly average and the staff (whilst friendly) made a few hiccups. Breakfast was much better quality food.
Great staff throughout who provided excellent service. From check-in desk to restaurant and breakfast service, it was all very professional and pleasant. Staff were immaculate. The rooms were very clean and fresh and very comfortable. The cookies on arrival are a real treat and delicious. Shame the shuttle transport now has a separate cost to it. It used to be complimentary however the drivers are great as are the vehicles.
Beautiful bedrooms, TV was coded to give you help but the TV didn't work on guide for too long had to constantly change channel while looking. Prices were quite high £300+ for 1 night but in fairness it is 4 stars. Would recommend to anyone needing to be at the airport, or wanting to have a good night's sleep
Eu definitivamente recomendaria este hotel. Tenho ficado em outros hotéis do aeroporto (não há necessidade de nomeá-los) mas esta foi a minha primeira visita aqui. Excelente atendimento ao cliente desde o início, o check-in foi tranquilo, rápido, amigável e profissional por Emil (perdoe-me se eu errei seu nome). O quarto era muito limpo, espaçoso e confortável e a ardósia do deserto foi uma surpresa muito agradável. À noite, tomei alguns copos de vinho na área do bar, além de um ótimo bacalhau e batatas fritas. É uma atmosfera muito relaxante. Muitas vezes somos rápidos em reclamar e lentos em elogiar, mas a equipe e o hotel merecem uma boa revisão. Estou ansioso para ficar novamente algures.

Las habitaciones eran pequeñas pero limpias y muy tranquilas. Las camas eran muy cómodas. El check in y el check out transcurrieron sin problemas con el amable personal de recepción. Habría dado 5 estrellas si hubiera habido algunas señales o direcciones que nos ayudaran a encontrar el hotel desde la estación de tren en el aeropuerto.
Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel. Me he alojado en otros hoteles del aeropuerto (no es necesario nombrarlos) pero esta fue mi primera visita aquí. Excelente servicio al cliente desde el principio, el registro fue sencillo, rápido, amable y profesional por parte de Emil (perdóneme si me equivoqué con su nombre). La habitación estaba muy limpia, espaciosa y cómoda y la pizarra del desierto fue una sorpresa muy agradable. Por la noche tomé unas copas de vino en la zona del bar junto con un gran bacalao con patatas fritas. Es un ambiente muy relajante. A menudo somos rápidos para quejarnos y lentos para elogiar, pero el personal y el hotel merecen una buena crítica. Esperaré quedarme de nuevo en algún momento.
Rooms were small but clean & very quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Check in & check out went smoothly with friendly reception staff. Would have given 5 stars if there had been some signs or directions helping us find the hotel from the train station at the airport.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. I have stayed at other airport hotels (no need to name them) but this was my first visit here. Excellent customer service from the outset, check in was smooth, quick friendly and professional by Emil (forgive me if I have got your name wrong). The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable and the desert slate was a very pleasant surprise. In the evening I had a few glasses of wine in the bar area along with a great cod & chips. It's a very relaxing atmosphere. We are often quick to complain and slow to praise but the staff and hotel hotel deserve a good review. I'll look forward to staying again sometime.

Rooms a bit dated,in need of a refurb
Lots of things have changed due to covid-19, no shuttle to terminal, not sure what risk that imposes, breakfast menu is literally cut in half and no dressing gowns in the room. Surely you wash a toweling dressing gown at 40? Which should kill the virus? I wash mine with the towels. Staff are still as lovely though.

Easy access from airport. Though they have suspended their all shuttle service, it is a quick walk from station to hotel. But ask someone for proper direction. Google map will not be helpful. Nice restaurant and bar. Very good service. Very convenient at the Manchester airport. Building could use a little renovation.

Our room was freshly redecorated 2 weeks ago, and spotlessly clean. We arrived a wee bit early but the staff bent over backwards to get our room prepared quickly ready for occupation and check in. The restaurant is one of the better ones of its type around the airport with prices about average but with excellent quality food and great service. The shuttle bus runs 24 hours to both airport and the airport train station, we only had to wait a few minutes for its arrival once we let reception know that we were ready to pick up.Brillliant service!
Este hotel é o melhor ao redor do aeroporto. Quarto é tão confortável e AC está funcionando muito bem. Acho que posso ficar no meu quarto o dia todo assistindo tv! Localização perfeita para o aeroporto e buffet de café da manhã incrível. Além disso, uma equipe muito agradável. Eles tornam este hotel tão especial.

This hotel is the best one around the airport. Room is so comfortable and AC is working very well. I think i can just stay in my room whole day watching tv ! Perfect location for the airport and amazing breakfast buffet. Plus, very pleasant staff. They make this hotel so special.

Very convenient because it's a few minutes drive from the airport. There's a free shuttle bus to the airport no matter what time of the day is your arrival or departure. Rooms are clean although the carpet appeared dated. Seamless check in and check out.
