Amazing rooms. Loved the decor. The view was decent (city view room) and the staff were friendly. New smart TV's installed with free Internet. The GM Paul really makes sure you are looked after. Thanks again

Stay here a month ago and the place was fantastic! Staff were so friendly and the room was super clean. Brilliant location in the heart of Manchester city centre and parking options are great too. We parked in the Q park which was very secure.Loved the vibe of the bar and breakfast was excellent Cant wait to visitagain

Excelente ubicación en el corazón del centro de la ciudad de Manchester y las opciones de estacionamiento también son excelentes. O que é um ótimo hotel, lindo lobby e quartos e realmente limpo. Até o gerente do restaurante foi super simpático e estava envolvido em todos os pedidos no restaurante. Tuvimos una razón muy desafortunada para quedarnos de repente más de lo planeado. El personal del hotel fue muy comprensivo y amable durante nuestra estancia. Recibimos el mejor servicio de cada aspecto. Sábanas y toallas limpias, excelente servicio de recepción y la comida era increíble. We had a very unfortunate reason to suddenly stay over longer than planned. The hotel staff was so understanding and friendly during our stay. We received TOP service from each aspect. Clean linen and towels, great front desk service and the food was amazing. This really made our reason for stay so much easier. What a great hotel, beautiful lobby and rooms and really clean. Even the restaurant manager was super friendly and was involved in all the orders at the restaurant. Kosta, Niel and the whole team is really great at what they do and they deserve more than 5-Stars. We really recommend this hotel.

We had the best night away at this stylish hotel, the staff were amazing, helpful at all times. We had fabulous cocktails in the bar and a really good tasty meal in the restaurant later in the evening. The rooms are retro chic and very comfortable, great shower room. We will certainly be returning as soon as we can.

Recently opened, very centrally located quirky and modern hotel. Very warm & friendly staff, all dressed to compliment the theme of the hotel. The rooms are really modern & fresh, downstairs eating area very well prepared and organised for covid safe distancing. We were super impressed and can’t wait to stay there again

Loved this hotel! From the second we stepped in until the minute we left the staff were so happy, friendly and helpful!
The welcome from the receptionist was so warm, friendly and genuine! The restaurant staff were lovely and the food was really nice!
The rooms are lovely and love the quirky shower haha!! That bed is so comfy we had an amazing nights sleep!
Will defo be back!!
