A good new hotel with really big rooms and a modern concept. We stayed here for a week and were happy with our choice. Located in the very lively area of St Julian's there are shops, bars and restaurants all over the place. But luckily the hotel is just far enough away from all the noise, so that you can have a relaxing stay. The hotel provides all services you would expect and the styling is nice and modern. Compared to the size of the hotel, the pool and public areas could be bigger. Especially the rooftop pool could also be improved with a bit of decoration. The guest service in the hotel is ok. The staff in the bars and restaurants are very eager to serve and very polite. The staff at the reception is really friendly too, but you get the impression that they don't actually do anything unless your standing right on front of them. One of the most popular statements is that the concierge will be there the next day and can help you. It's great that the hotel has a concierge, but when the lady is not in duty the reception should pick up the slack. To sum it up: is stay here again anytime but this is not a 5 start hotel of international standard. It could be, but there is some work to do for that.
The only thing bad that I have to comment about would be that they need to adjust the entrance to be on the parking side of the building as Google is taking you on the opposite side. As it is situated narrow spot you need to not miss otherwise is a lot of rotating around the area.The rest evrething was perfect. Staff is amazing 👏
We stayed in room 811 for our honeymoon for 5 nights. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was delicious, restaurant area was pleasant and view from top of the hotel was nice. However the room did not live up to our expectations. On our first night we noticed a strong musty smell from the pillows which made it very difficult to sleep we were told this was because the pillows were made from geese feathers and it was a common complaint. We had the pillows changed by one of the night staff. There was also an issue with the toilet flush it kept flushing throughout the night. In the morning we had to get maintenance to repair the flush. There was also an issue with the ventilation system in the bathroom, throughout our stay there were unpleasant odours in the bathroom due to lack of ventilation. It did not feel like a 5 star experience and for the price we paid were left very dissapointed. Unfortunately based on our experience we would not recommend Hyatt Regency for honeymooners.
A lovely hotel with excellent customer service. All staff are friendly, approachable and caring. Great breakfast buffet and evening menu. Standard of rooms is high and the hotel is in a great location.

Tivemos uma excelente experiência neste hotel. Os funcionários são educados e prestativos. O design é moderno, adorei a pequena biblioteca perto da ressecção. O quarto era lindo, limpo, claro e o design é incrível e realmente cheirava adorável (eu sou louco por cheiros). A cama era muito confortável. O café da manhã foi delicioso e bem apresentado. A localização do hotel fica próxima a shopping centers, bares e restaurantes, e também a alguns minutos da praia.
Tuvimos una excelente experiencia en este hotel. El personal es educado y servicial. El diseño es moderno, me encantó la pequeña biblioteca cerca de la resección. La habitación era hermosa, limpia, luminosa y el diseño es increíble y en realidad olía encantador (estoy loco por los olores). La cama era muy cómoda. El desayuno era delicioso y bien presentado. La ubicación del hotel está al lado de un centro comercial, bares y restaurantes, y también un par de minutos de la playa.
We had excellent experience in this hotel. The staff are polite and helpful. The design is modern,I loved small library near the resection. The room was beautiful,clean , bright and the design is amazing and it actually smelled lovely (Im crazy about smells). The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and nicely presented. The location of the hotel is next to shopping mall, bars and restaurants ,and also couple of minutes from the beach.
Eu e meu marido temos uma estadia de 11 dias neste hotel encantador. O quarto era espaçoso, com excelentes instalações e acabamentos de alto padrão. A escolha do café da manhã era muito boa, bem preparada e bem apresentada. Acima de tudo, o que o torna ainda mais especial é a equipe que realmente se esforça para tornar sua estadia agradável. Me and my husband has an 11 day stay at this lovely hotel. The room was spacious, with excellent facilitiesand finished to a high standard. The breakfast choice was very good, well cooked and well presented. Above all what makes it extra special are the staff who really go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. Hotel incrível. O serviço foi ótimo. O café da manhã foi fantástico. Como é um hotel relativamente novo, tudo estava em ótimas condições. Amei cada minuto se isso. Definitivamente vale a pena ficar aqui. O estacionamento é subterrâneo e você sempre encontrará uma vaga no nível -4. Os elevadores são rápidos. A única queixa é que você precisa solicitar um novo tíquete de estacionamento na recepção a cada vez. Amei o tapete nos corredores.
Equipe fantástica, prestativa e amável - desde os porteiros, a equipe da recepção, a equipe do bar, a equipe da piscina e a equipe de limpeza. A equipe foi acima e além para tornar a nossa estadia tão confortável e agradável. 100% recomendariam. O hotel era moderno, novo e limpo. O café da manhã também foi brilhante. Obrigado a todos.
Hotel asombroso. El servicio fue excelente. El desayuno fue fantástico. Como es un hotel bastante nuevo, todo estaba en excelentes condiciones. Me encantó cada minuto si lo hiciera. Definitivamente vale la pena quedarse aquí. El estacionamiento es subterráneo y siempre encontrarás un lugar en el nivel -4. Los ascensores son rápidos. La única queja es que debe solicitar un nuevo boleto de estacionamiento en la recepción cada vez. Me encanta la alfombra en los pasillos.

Personal fantástico, solidario y amable, desde los porteros, el equipo de recepción, el personal del bar, el personal de la piscina y el personal de limpieza. El personal hizo todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuera tan cómoda y agradable. Lo recomendaría al 100%. El hotel era moderno, nuevo y limpio. El desayuno también fue genial. Gracias a todos.
Amazing hotel. Service was great. Breakfast was fantastic. As its a fairly new hotel everything was in great condition. Loved every minute if it. Definitely worth staying here. Parking is underground and you’ll always find a spot on level -4. Lifts are quick. Only gripe is that you have to request for a new parking ticket from reception each time. Love the carpet in the hallways.
Fantastic, supportive and kind staff- from the doormen, reception team, bar staff, pool staff, and the cleaning staff. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Would 100% recommend. The hotel was modern, brand new and clean. The breakfast was brilliant too. Thank you to all.
O Hyatt Regency tornou a nossa estadia em Malta incrivelmente especial. A atenção a cada detalhe, a infinita gentileza dos funcionários, as delícias do café da manhã (experimentar com certeza as barras de granola e o ovo real) e a qualidade do serviço estão ao mais alto nível! Quartos perfeitamente limpos, todos os confortos disponíveis, cada pedido é imediatamente satisfeito, um terraço com piscina e seu gin-ger que prepara deliciosos coquetéis. Localização muito central e proximidade a todo tipo de serviço. Dizer que estamos felizes e satisfeitos com a nossa estadia seria um eufemismo e por isso agradecemos a todos os funcionários! Em última análise: absolutamente recomendado!
El Hyatt Regency hizo que nuestra estancia en Malta fuera increíblemente especial. ¡La atención a cada detalle, la amabilidad infinita del personal, la delicia del desayuno (para probar absolutamente las barras de granola y el huevo real) y la calidad del servicio están al más alto nivel! Habitaciones perfectamente limpias, todas las comodidades disponibles, cada solicitud se satisface de inmediato, una azotea con piscina y su bar gin-ger que prepara deliciosos cócteles. Ubicación muy céntrica y proximidad a todo tipo de servicios. Decir que estamos contentos y satisfechos con nuestra estadía sería quedarse corto y por esto agradecemos a todo el personal. En definitiva: ¡absolutamente recomendado!
The service at the Hyatt was amazing..All the staff were just so wonderful especially at the Reception desk. I would definitely recommend staying here. So friendly and always approached us. A great stay everything was perfect.. thank you to the whole Team
The hotel is highly recommend as the rooms are very nice, the staff is friendly and the overall style of the hotel is tasteful. BUT the surrounding of the hotel is a party village for young people between 15-25y with short skirts and table dance bars… so if you don’t prefer this kind of cheap tourism and cheap restaurants, we would recommend you to book a rental car to avoid these kind of people….!
