Decent stay and comfortable room, location is so-so. Service was OK except for one employee, which is the reason for the two stars.We had a lot of luggages and asked to book a taxi to terminal 3 as the walk is quite far. The employee told us "we have two legs so we can walk". Upon remarking we have a lot of luggage, he replied "well shouldn't have overpacked then".Such an attitude made us feel unwelcome but the rest of our stay was pleasant. El empleado nos dijo "tenemos dos piernas para poder caminar". Al comentar que tenemos mucho equipaje, respondió "bueno, entonces no debería haber empacado en exceso".Tal actitud nos hizo sentir incómodos, pero el resto de nuestra estadía fue agradable.

Hotel reception were lovely on arrival and the room was basic and nice for what is needed. I am disgusted by the practice of the cleaners. I knew I left 2 things in the room, value of $250 and called to ask them about it. They said nothing was handed in. I find theft absolutely disgusting. I left them as I had an early flight and I thought they were in my bag at the time. No offer of investigation or asking the cleaners was offered. Would actively never stay here again, even if it is close to Terminal 2. A recepção do hotel foi adorável na chegada e o quarto era básico e agradável para o que é necessário. Estou enojado com a prática dos limpadores. Eu sabia que deixei 2 coisas no quarto, no valor de $ 250 e liguei para perguntar sobre isso. Eles disseram que nada foi entregue. Acho o roubo absolutamente nojento. Eu os deixei porque tinha um voo cedo e pensei que eles estavam na minha bolsa na hora. Nenhuma oferta de investigação ou pergunta aos faxineiros foi oferecida. Ok for the price, which wás less than the other options. Novo hotel, então tudo limpo e em boas condições até agora. O acesso pedonal é indirecto, são 20min a pé até ao T1 Os quartos são pequenos, certamente pequenos demais para um carrinho de bagagem do aeroporto. Ok pelo preço, que era menor que as outras opções.

The room has the basics of a bed, shower and toilet and TV, clever storage use and double glazing all ensure a good night's sleep. The food was tasty and service was quick. O quarto tem o básico de cama, chuveiro e toalete e TV, uso de armazenamento inteligente e vidros duplos garantem uma boa noite de sono. A comida era saborosa e o serviço foi rápido.
The rooms are clean and are very functional. The staff were really helpful and welcoming.The only thing I didn't like it the pillows are really soft and squash to nothing. Os quartos são limpos e muito funcionais. A equipe foi muito útil e acolhedora. A única coisa que não gostei é que os travesseiros são muito macios e não amassam.
2 minute walk from terminal 2 reasonable price .Excellent customer service comfy beds. Friendly and helpful staffs as they go extra miles. Great breakfast choice 👌 😋 pet friendly will definitely recommend 2 minutos a pé do terminal 2 preço razoável. Excelente serviço ao cliente camas confortáveis. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos enquanto percorrem milhas extras. Ótima opção de café da manhã 👌 😋 aceita animais de estimação com certeza recomendo
Just did a test run to find the hotel and whilst it is technically really good and close to the airport train station trying to locate an easy walking route to it is slightly more tricky. Best bet looks to be to use the overhead walkway tube to terminal 2 and walk back on yourself otherwise you have to walk on narrow paths right alongside the roads and cut across a roundabout to reach the hotel entrance area. There are no signs showing its location from the airport station, the holiday inn is adjacent to it and would have the same issues otherwise the location is great and cheaper than the other hotels nearby. It would be a 10 minute easy walk to terminal 1, less than 5 mins to terminal 2 and 15 min to terminal 3 Acabei de fazer um teste para encontrar o hotel e, embora seja tecnicamente muito bom e perto da estação de trem do aeroporto, tentar localizar uma rota fácil a pé é um pouco mais complicado. A melhor aposta parece ser usar o tubo de passagem aérea para o terminal 2 e voltar sozinho, caso contrário, você terá que caminhar por caminhos estreitos ao longo das estradas e cortar uma rotatória para chegar à área de entrada do hotel. Não há placas mostrando sua localização na estação do aeroporto, o Holiday Inn fica ao lado e teria os mesmos problemas, caso contrário, a localização é ótima e mais barata do que os outros hotéis próximos. Seria uma caminhada fácil de 10 minutos até o terminal 1, menos de 5 minutos até o terminal 2 e 15 minutos até o terminal 3
Flat pillows, difficult to find on foot (they desperately need signage), very nice but inexperienced staff, turns out they do pizza but that wasn’t on the menu. Would’ve been nice to know. Also some odd rumbling sound throughout the night. Large vehicles hitting the rumble strip? Too constant to be air traffic. And also some internal buzzing noises of machinery from within the building. Earplugs needed.Overall, it is very convenient so that’s what you pay for, and breakfast is from 5am which is nice for early fliers. Almofadas planas, difíceis de encontrar a pé (precisam desesperadamente de sinalização), funcionários muito simpáticos, mas inexperientes, eles fazem pizza, mas isso não estava no cardápio. Teria sido bom saber. Também algum som estrondoso estranho durante a noite. Veículos grandes atingindo a faixa de vibração? Constante demais para ser tráfego aéreo. E também alguns zumbidos internos de máquinas de dentro do prédio. Tampões de ouvido necessários.No geral, é muito conveniente, então é isso que você paga, e o café da manhã é a partir das 5 da manhã, o que é bom para quem voa cedo.

La mejor opción parece ser usar el tubo de la pasarela elevada hasta la terminal 2 y caminar de regreso por sí mismo; de lo contrario, debe caminar por senderos estrechos junto a las carreteras y atravesar una rotonda para llegar al área de entrada del hotel. No hay letreros que muestren su ubicación desde la estación del aeropuerto, el Holiday Inn está al lado y tendría los mismos problemas, de lo contrario, la ubicación es excelente y más barata que los otros hoteles cercanos. Almohadas planas, difíciles de encontrar a pie (necesitan desesperadamente señalización), personal muy agradable pero sin experiencia, resulta que hacen pizza pero eso no estaba en el menú. Hubiera sido bueno saberlo. También algún extraño sonido retumbante durante toda la noche. ¿Vehículos grandes golpeando la franja sonora? Demasiado constante para ser tráfico aéreo. Y también algunos zumbidos internos de maquinaria dentro del edificio. Se necesitan tapones para los oídos.En general, es muy conveniente, así que eso es lo que paga, y el desayuno es a partir de las 5 a.m., lo cual es bueno para los viajeros tempranos.
Lo único bueno la cercania al aeropuerto..... habitación pequeña, con la cama pegada a la pared....éramos dos. La ducha con poquísima presión y sin secador en la habitación. Además es de estos hoteles que hace un calor exagerado en la habitación....en fin, que si lo llegamos a saber, nos quedamos directamente en el aeropuerto, pues de precio han sido 115€, que para no dormir, por lo incómodo y el calor que hacía y la ducha tan triste , pues eso....no merece la pena.
