Tivemos uma ótima experiência no hotel Kempinski. Negativo: reservamos mesa na cobertura da Marina e quando fomos lá disseram que estão fechadas. Além disso, a equipe de limpeza não reabastecia os itens necessários todos os dias; tivemos que ligar e pedir a eles. Fora isso, nós gostamos muito!

Good experience in general but we received less what we pay. I had reserved a room with a private jacuzzi for one night(anniversary)but unfortunately the jacuzzi was not working and due to this problem they call me to inform me that they are going to change my room, we prepare our luggage and waited more than three hours and nobody call us to say anything. Really we were very surprised how they managed to resolve the problem by ignoring the clients as we were expecting to receive at least a call or saying anything when we check out. We had visited most hotels in lebanon and we have never been ignored like this knowing that we spend more 200$ because of the jacuzzi option. Kindly be informed that my review is not about the money amount but about the customer care by the hotel staff.

Tuvimos una gran experiencia en el hotel Kempinski. Negativo: reservamos una mesa en la azotea de Marina y cuando fuimos allí, dijeron que estaban cerrados. Además, el personal de limpieza no reponía los artículos necesarios todos los días; tuvimos que llamar y pedírselo. Aparte de eso, ¡lo disfrutamos mucho!

We had a great experience at the Kempinski hotel. Negative: we reserved a table at Marina rooftop and when we went there, they said that they re closed. Also, the housekeeping staff did not refill the needed items everyday; we had to call and ask them for it. Other than that, we enjoyed it a lot!

Nossa estadia foi incrível. Eles foram muito acima de nós. Nós ficamos no quarto nadar e O quarto era muito limpo. Nossa filha adoeceu e eles nos deram tudo o que precisávamos a qualquer hora, mesmo no meio do poder.Voltará toda vez que voltarmos ao Líbano

Our stay was amazing. They went over and above for us. We stayed in the swim out room and the room was very very clean. Our daughter got sick and they gave us whatever we needed at any hour even in the middle of the might.Will return everytime we come back to Lebanon

nenhum problema com piscina e serviços de catering, por outro lado, serviço de jet ski, escandaloso. sem rigor, 45 minutos de espera sem explicação porque uma máquina parecia ter quebrado. Restavam 4. No final desse período, saímos recolhendo nosso dinheiro. Incrível com tamanho nível de luxo e pouca organização.
