The tea house is a very nice place. We enjoyed the live music, some tea and a burger. Just the service was not so good. We had to ask several waiters to get what we want and it took kinda long.

Stayed there for a week. Can’t say there’s anything good in this hotel except the location + reception.
Room service was horrible, breakfast is very basic and the fruits are never fresh, the hall and the room itself smelled horrible (I think they might’ve cleaned the hall and the room right before I checked in and it smelled like a dirty wet rug all over the place) I had to crack the window open for the first few days. Bed was comfortable but found some hairs under the pillows which was disgusting.
Tried room service twice and was disappointed both times unfortunately. Their sports bar / restaurant was full of flies and the sandwich was dense as a brick and I couldn’t finish it.
Staff were friendly especially housekeeping and concierge.

Stupid room design, location is perfect but super noisy and the rooms are not fitted with sound proof doors and windows. Half of the towels are not provided, amenities are not provided at all and the worst was the soap and shampoo dispensers that were difficult to use. Breakfast was super poor. Not worth the price

Run down costly hotel. This place is no longer the nice clean vibrant hotel it once was. Everything is very outdated and you can tell they’ve just given up on this place. The energy is vey negative and the room just looks old and falling apart. This hotel needs a serious remodel and upgrade. Torn old water damaged carpet, broken toilet seat, moldy shower, outdated room technology, motel 5 style in-room coffee, scratches and dented appliances. It looks like a 3 star hotel in Sharjah. I do not recommend this place. Spend the same amount of money somewhere else with much better amenities and newer/cleaner facilities.
Had booking for 5 nights, cancelled our stay after staying one night only and checked into a better, newer cleaner hotel with larger, more modern and brighter room.
I DO NOT recommend this place at all. Too bad, this hotel is located in such great location however.

My stay at Manzil hotel was really fantastic. It was nice experience for me. Everything perfect from reception, room and most of all the restaurant in Courtyard. My breakfast was amazing the buffet was perfect the live station and all. The service is top notch thanks for the team you are the best.it was really good experience. I liked the atmosphere. I will come back soon and I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
