Ficamos aqui porque os outros hotéis da cidade dizem que são “pet friendly” quando o que eles realmente querem dizer é que eles são apenas cães de serviço em alguns quartos: Este foi o único lugar que encontramos para ficar com um cachorro de 12 libras. A recepcionista foi fantástica e eles nos acomodaram e é por isso que estou deixando 4 estrelas. O quarto em si tinha alguns problemas de limpeza. Se você está querendo uma boa escapada, este pode não ser o lugar para você. Se você só precisa de um lugar para ficar ou para acomodar um animal de estimação, pelo menos a equipe aqui é amigável (você poderia fazer pior).

Nos alojamos aquí porque los otros hoteles de la ciudad dicen que son "pet friendly" cuando lo que realmente quieren decir es que solo admiten perros de servicio en ciertas habitaciones: Este fue el único lugar que pudimos encontrar para quedarnos con un perro de 12 libras. La recepcionista fue fantástica y nos acomodaron y por eso les dejo 4 estrellas. La habitación en sí tenía algunos problemas de limpieza. Si desea una escapada agradable, este podría no ser el lugar para usted. Si solo necesita un lugar para quedarse o para acomodar una mascota, al menos el personal aquí es amable (podría hacerlo peor).

We stayed here because the other hotels in town say they are “pet friendly” when what they really mean is that they are only service dog friendly in certain rooms: This was the only place we could find to stay with a 12lb dog. The receptionist was fantastic and they accommodated us and that is why I am leaving 4 stars. The room itself had some cleanliness issues. If you’re wanting a nice getaway this might not be the place for you. If you just need a place to stay or to accommodate a pet at least the staff here is friendly (you could do worse).

Piscina era pequena e gelada. Inutilizável. Também não há banheira de hidromassagem que provavelmente foi um oversite da minha parte. La piscina era pequeña y estaba helada. Inutilizable. Tampoco hay bañera de hidromasaje, lo que probablemente fue un exceso de mi parte. La habitación estaba limpia, pero necesitaba incorporar una limpieza más profunda mensual. Todo el perímetro de la cama tenía una sección de una pulgada que claramente no estaba siendo detectada por el vacío. Lugar adecuado para dormir un poco, pero no te quedes si estás buscando una piscina decente. El desayuno también era mediocre. Nada de fruta, pan tostado o huevos duros. El desayuno consistía en yogur, gofres, pan de arándanos, panecillos, galletas y salsa o cereales fríos. No fue una gran selección. El personal fue muy amable.

Pool was tiny and freezing cold. Unusable. There also is no hot tub which was probably an oversite on my part. Room was clean, but needed to incorporate monthly deeper cleaning. The entire perimeter of the bed had an inch section that clearly was being missed by the vacuum. Adequate place to get some sleep, but don't stay if you're looking for a decent pool. Breakfast was also subpar. No fruit, bread for toast, or hard boiled eggs. The breakfast consisted of yogurt, waffles, blueberry bread, muffins, biscuits and gravy, or cold cereal. It wasn't a great selection. Staff was all very friendly.

A pior experiência de 2 estrelas que já tive. A cama era dura como uma rocha, o quarto tinha um cheiro desagradável e parece que seus banheiros de 'baixo fluxo' não aguentam um adulto eliminando seus intestinos. A única graça salvadora foi a equipe da manhã, que era muito amigável. Eu não vou ficar aqui novamente.

La cama era dura como una piedra, la habitación olía mal y parece que sus inodoros de "flujo bajo" no pueden soportar que un adulto haga sus intestinos. La única gracia salvadora fue el personal de la mañana que fue muy amable. No me quedaré aquí de nuevo.

La habitación estaba limpia al llegar, pero tenía un olor extraño, casi como a pino. La puerta lateral no funcionaba para las llaves durante nuestra estancia, y la persona de recepción no estaba preocupada por eso en absoluto. Pretty decent place to stay. Beds could be a little more comfy, and I he pillows need to be replaced. But it was clean, and the staff was very friendly.

Worst 2-Star experience I've ever had.. Bed was hard as a rock, room had a funky smell and it seems that their 'low flow' toilets can't handle an adult eliminating their bowels. The only saving grace was the morning staff who were very friendly. I won't stay here again.

The room was clean upon arrival but had a weird smell, almost like pine. The side door didn't work for keys during our stay, and the front desk person was not concerned about that at all. Breakfast was OK, yogurt, cereal, pancakes and waffles. It has a good location right next to the Walmart.
