O costume nesta gama de hotéis. Nem bom nem mau para uma estadia curta. A cama era confortável o quarto nem por isso. O pequeno almoço é bom e completo. O restaurante tem um menu agradável e a comida era bem confeccionada. O parque, exterior, de estacionamento é bom.

Friendly staff, a localização é realmente perfeita. A janela pode abrir totalmente o que eu gosto em um quarto de hotel. Uma pena que você tenha fumaça de cigarro no seu quarto, enquanto o gerente nos assegurou que isso não era possível. Em relação ao tamanho da sala: não é grande, mas certamente aceitável. Há um banho decente que eu sempre encontrar um plus. Os quartos devem ser atualizados para o século XXI. Sem geladeira. Hoje em dia, apenas uma lâmpada no lado da cama, nenhuma no outro lado e sem tomadas de parede do outro lado não são mais possíveis. Também não há suporte de tecido no banheiro não é do século 21. As camas são duras, mas nem sempre são uma desvantagem. Eles têm dois travesseiros por pessoa. Uma obrigação. Uma cortina de chuveiro e batentes pretos para o banho e lavatório não são mais possíveis. Ou eu também estou estragado com os hotéis Mercure? Algo que eu realmente gosto: Um fã na sala! Eu gosto disso!É o hotel com o mais lento WiFi sempre. Você tem que pagar por uma atualização. Mesmo assim, não desse tempo. Você pode fazer café ou chá no quarto com uma chaleira. Sempre uma vantagem para mim. Café da manhã amanhã. Estou curioso ...

Boa localização para começar a um novo destino. A sala limpa, mas com um ar muito 70s. O hotel é muito calmo, o nosso quarto não foi tempo, mas mesmo que estávamos em agosto, dormimos muito fresco. A cama foi média.

O hotel está envelhecendo. Os cabos estão expostos. Muita cal no banheiro. Tapete na sala está ok, mas contaminado com cadáveres. Tão limpo. O café da manhã era muito bom e com muitas opções Uma escova de banheiro teria sido ótimo.

Buena ubicación para iniciar a un nuevo destino. La habitación estaba limpia, pero con un aire muy años 70. El hotel es muy tranquilo, nuestra habitación no estaba clima, pero incluso si estábamos en agosto, dormimos muy fresco. La cama era normal.

Es un hotel pensado para estancias de negocios ubicado en un polígono industrial, cerca del aeropuerto (el trayecto en taxi desde ahí cuesta 20 euros), así que los alrededores son un poco desangelados y no hay nada que ver. Las habitaciones son bastante estrechas y con un mobiliario algo pasado de moda, aunque sorprendentemente en perfecto estado de conservación.El personal es muy amable y correcto. El desayuno es muy variado y completo y se puede disfrutar de él con un amplio horario (7.00-12.00), muy superior al horario habitual de desayuno en Países Bajos. Las habitaciones son cálidas a pesar del frío invierno y puedes disfrutar en ellas de té, infusiones energéticas y café instantáneo de manera gratuita. Los colchones son muy confortables y se duerme de lujo porque no se escucha apenas nada que ocurra fuera de la propia habitación. Cuidado al salir de la ducha porque la bañera está mucho más alta que el suelo del baño y el traspiés está asegurado, je, je, je.Dispone de un aparcamiento amplio y una piscina cubierta y climatizada. Algo para tener en cuenta es que la entrada no es accesible y hay que subir unos doce peldaños; en el interior sí hay ascensor.

El hotel está envejeciendo. Los cables están expuestos. Mucha cal en el baño. La alfombra de la habitación está bien, pero está manchada de cadáveres. Muy limpio. El desayuno era muy bueno y con mucha variedad. Un cepillo de baño hubiera sido genial.

2 stars are beacuse the place is very clean. but I don’t recommend this place, it is so expensive, so far away from civilization, the public transportation is almost absent, it is almost imposible to go around and about without feeling lost in the middle of nowhere. They barely know how to explain to the touristhow to go somewhere. The place is old and looks like a yellow instagramic 70’s old movie. The pictures on the booking page don’t reflect the deterioration of the place, there is no air conditioner and don’t request for a better fan because the answer is “oh sorry that is what we have”. The window of the room only opens as much that only my fingers can catch some air, it is absolutely HOT in the summer. The WiFi does not work inside the rooms, not even almost kissing the door of the room is enough to get fair signal. I called reception to ask about it and the reply was just a plain; “That is impossible, come to the lobby for internet”I have 2 remarkable situations during my stay one is good because the young barman is absolutely charming and helpful, he really loves what he does. The second one is a not very nice experience. We went down stairs to sit at the lobby because of the hot weather, a woman from the counter desk with a screaming voice and an arrogant tone shouted “Helloooooo, YOU NEED SOMETHING??!!” Treating us like a pack of animals, no even a “good morning, may I help you?” and we look at her saying no thank you we are fine😳🤷♀️. The owners really need to take a look at this hotel, it is like a horror movie.This hotel need a review from HR department and get some costumer service training, please!

Stayed here for a conference, the rooms are very outdated and need renovation. The room e.g. had a bathroom door that couldn't close or be locked, and the shower tap basically always gave cold water except a very specific position, for it to otherwise give burning hot water. Staff was very friendly though, and the breakfast was excellent! All in all OK for a one-night stay.

Todavía me encuentro en el hotel,no hay personal que entienda el español,si no llegas antes de las 21 ha no hay cena,te dan un ventilador pequeñito de mano para la habitación, lejísimos de todo,lo único bueno el desayuno y la atención de un chico de recepción.

Great location if you want to stay near Best's industrial area. Old refurbished hotel, without AC or heating inside rooms (at least in 523). Otherwise, nice atmosphere at the lobby and common areas, and rather friendly staff. Nice breakfast and pretty decent rooms size as well.

A bit out of the way but only a short journey into Eindhoven. Rooms are dated but the place is clean and well maintained. Staff at reception and the bar are great. Very helpful. Restaurant is well above your average hotel standard.

Not NH hotels worthy. Dated rooms, really noisy. Old-fashioned shower in bath tub with gross shower curtain. Room was way too hot at night. Mirrors on headboard are really tacky. This place needs a makeover asap!

Tl;dr: seemed chic, room not to spacious cause of big bed, rooms clean, service good, breakfast alright, Burger recommended, location alright.Dear readers,my first impression was that this hotel seem pretty big. And when I went inside it looked very chic.The room wasn't that spacious.But that was mainly cause of the big bed. The bathroom consists of a bath tub/shower combination.And a toilet. It would be big enough for 2 person which the room was designed for. There was a little desk space in the corner and enough space for doing skincare /make up on the other side of the desk.The rooms were clean when I entered the room. It looked just as clean as probably any other good hotel. There was no wc brush. But I guess that's normal in hotels. There were all kind of soaps.The service was good. I had eaten breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. And they made sure they we were done eating before cleaning the table for the next round.TheHamburger menu is definitely a recommendation. Eating that will contempt your stomachs dreams. The breakfast was alright. I kinda expected something more from the breakfast. But it was alright. You don't really know where to start since it's all spread around a bit.There were alot of facilities.There were first of alot of mirrors.Even above your bed head on bed. There was a television and the power will be activated by your keycard. Furthermore there was a electric kettle.there was also a fan in the closet.The location was at a industrial zone. So this location is probably more for workers that arrives by car. They did well to maintain a good view and even had a little garden when you look out of the stairs window.I did not get to see alot of best in such short notice.Overall,although short I really had a nice time. The bed is so good I almost fell asleep instantly when I had laid on it the first time. And the burger, I would definitely recommend trying the burger. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars from as a worker point of view.
