Absolutely perfect hotel suite. Less than half mile from five story shopping mall. Close to restaurants. Restaurant at hotel great food and service. Be sure to visit the 15th floor Rooftop Bar. Beautiful view and drinks are cold and delicious. Security First Class. They always have one person available that speaks English. The rest of the staff may be a little. Breakfast is included and has a large variety of items. Cab from airport should be less than $25. But you need to negotiate. They do have some brochures that will help you planning your excursions. Very reasonable prices on room and food. I will stay here again on my next visit.

This is an exceptional place to stay, the staff is amazing and so helpful! I want to give a shout-out to Juan Diego, he was extremely helpful he went above his responsibilities in helping me to retrieve items I left and he offered to help! If his manager gets to read this please give him a bonus for his outstanding customer service! And to all the staff there thank you for always being helpful. I will return , bringing more friends to experience this wonderful hotel!

Had a great stay. Very clean great service. Breakfast was on point. Made the trip even better to come back to a beautiful hotel in Medellin. Would recommend. Had 2 giant rooms with an eat in kitchen.

Everything is great about this hotel, location, staff are great, food is good, rooms are clean, BUT, & it's a BIG BUT, the windows are so thin that it sounds like there's No Windows! A main road outside, busy early in the morning, trucks reversing at 4:30am, cars racing around at 2:30am in the week, don't even consider staying here if you're a light sleeper! YOU WILL NOT GET MUCH SLEEP!!! :(
