Stayed here on my trip in August 2019 and also at the Siem Reap location. Love the style of this hostel chain. Friendly staff. Very clean. Food options aren't the best BUT many great places in walking distance.

The little woman manager is a control freak. She limits TV time 6-9pm ie guests must go to bed by 9pm. Music for her is 6am to 6pm. This is the hottest time of the day and guests bored to death from corona are not allowed to watch movies because she said so. Guests are not allowed to feel at home. Everything must wait to have her permission, even getting a spoon, knife on the counter; otherwise she tells you off. Feels like kindergarten again. Other staff are accomodating and the place is clean and new but such restrictive environment gives a bad taste despite having such a great place. She should be fired.

Well located nearby the river. Neighborhood touristic and expensive however.
Rooftop with cheap drinks is really a plus.
Common spaces to meet others are not as bad as we saw in the reviews.
Double room was comfortable. Window was not really good with view on A/C.
Pretty expensive in comparison with other hotel room you can get for this price in other neighborhood.

We booked a room for our own with own bathroom. That is in a new building, unfortunetly its pretty loud there; you can hear the neighbours talking...

The staff are very accommodating. The place is clean, they serve food in a very affordable price, they offer or have tour private or sharing or by group and laundry also. My room is clean and very nice. All you need is there. Near the night market so you can buy things from clothes , accessories and a lot more in a very cheap price the location is accessible and near the river side, Royal palace and other tourist spot destination. Highly recommended..
