The least thing a person can expect from a hotel is to be able to get a good night sleep! This unfortunately wasn't affordable by this hotel because of the high sounds of music on new year's eve. I'm very disappointed and I hardly doubt I will visit your hotel one's more. After calling the reception, all i I could get was an apology and an explanation saying that they can't do anything because the restaurant (which sounds are coming from and is inside the hotel) belongs to a different owner so there's nothing they can do about it

Comfortable beds, very good breakfast although limited items but I loved the area with all of these open windows. Location is in the middle of every thing and there are 3 shopping malls at walking distance. Employees are really helpful, polite and professional. What really bothered me is the towels, towels are overused and they don’t provide you with new ones everyday even when they clean. You have to call them many time to bring them.

5 stars for friendly helpful staff (Rza 👍🏻) 4 stars for location, room setting, decorations and bed comfort. 3 stars for no swimming pool, and small unorganized fitness room! Also entrance and lobby are narrow. 2 stars for very basic breakfast buffet!! Not worth the extra money. Old towels and no bathroom's toiletries! I don't think I will stay here again!

great location, with close access to the metro and surrounded by great restaurants. cleaning and breakfast service was great especially thanks to Murat at breakfast. reason for not giving 5 stars is due to bad experience with front desk, customer service there could be improved overall would recommend and hope to visit again !

Mawj Al-Darraji

It's supposed to be a nice hotel but could do better with customer service and the room itself. Some of the lobby staff were friendly but a couple of them looked like they didn't care. The ironing board in the room was broken and after asking 3 times in 3 days, I never got it fixed. During checkout, I mentioned this to them and there was not even a "sorry" from the lady at the reception. Her excuse was that she asked the technical staff (and it's not her problem basically). The room was comfortable but there were no amenities in the room when I first arrived. When I asked for amenities, they brought minimal things like soap. Anyway, there are much nicer hotels in Istanbul for the same price.
