5 estrelas para a equipe muito simpática e a localização, mas é isso. As camas são duras, assim como os travesseiros. Os quartos são limpos superficialmente, mas não preste muita atenção às teias de aranha ou marcas de arranhões nas paredes. O banho não estava bom, a pressão é fraca. Eu preferia tomar banho de chinelo. Há uma TV no quarto, mas todos os canais tinham flocos de neve, então assistimos ao Netflix. Isso foi desafiador, assim como a internet não é grande. Estávamos de férias e tínhamos que trabalhar, mas não conseguimos encontrar uma boa Internet em qualquer lugar de Antigua. Na nossa primeira noite lá, também tínhamos um rato em nosso quarto, eu estava pronto para fazer o check-out ali mesmo. O lugar precisa de uma manutenção séria. Eu amo edifícios antigos, mas há uma diferença entre antigos e degradados ...
Eu não fiquei aqui, mas depois de tentar alguns outros lugares de café-da-manhã, este foi o melhor. Comida chegou rapidamente, perfeitamente preparado com apenas as proporções certas. Eu olhei para a frente para o seu café todas as manhãs que veio com recargas gratuitas. Meus favoritos eram os huevos divorciados. Altamente recomendado!
Great value for this centrally located hotel. They have a cute courtyard where you can hang out. The rooms are modest yet the staff is attentive and friendly (mostly Spanish speakers only). The bed had the comfiest pillows out of all my hotels/Airbnb’s in Guatemala. You’re not gonna get luxury here but a great value.
Os quartos eram limpos. A equipe foi super simpática e teve um maravilhoso café da manhã pronto para nós todas as manhãs no belo pátio. O café e as bebidas eram incríveis!
The rooms were clean. The staff was super friendly and had a wonderful breakfast ready for us each morning in the beautiful courtyard. The coffee and drinks were awesome!

O café da manhã era simples, médio. Café muito rico, adorei. Serviço muito atencioso. O jardim é chileno.

Pode-se pedir um lugar no terraço ao lado do jardim, que te faça sentir seguro, deixei de lado as medidas de segurança

O lugar é agradável para saborear um desejo. No cardápio deles, observei crepes e hambúrgueres, além de bebidas quentes e frias. 😋☕ Muito bacana e ao entrar eles medem a temperatura além de darem gel para as mãos. Tudo como um preventivo de Covid-19. Observei internamente o serviço do hotel. Talvez no futuro próximo. 🙏😎 Sua equipe foi amigável e útil. Eles lidam com preços justos também. 🥤
El lugar es agradable para degustar algún antojo. En su menú observé crepas y hamburguesasademás de bebidas calientes y frías. 😋☕ Muy aseado y al ingresar te toman la temperatura además de brindarte gel para las manos. Todo como preventivo del Covid-19. Internamente observé servicio de hotel. Talvez para un futuro cercano. 🙏😎 Su personal fue amable y atento. Manejan precios justos también. 🥤

Excelente atención al huésped, muy amables instalaciones cómodas y acogedoras, muy buen precio en sus habitaciones con una excelente locación frente a la iglesia la Merced.
5 stars to the very friendly staff and the location, but that is it. The beds are hard, so are the pillows. The rooms are clean superficially, just don’t pay to close attention to the spiderwebs or scuff marks on the walls. The shower wasn’t great, pressure is weak. I preferred showering with my flip-flops on. There is a TV in the room but all the channels had snowflakes so we watched Netflix instead. This was challenging as well as the internet is not great. We were on a working holiday and had to work but couldn’t find good internet anywhere in Antigua. On our first night there we also had a mouse in our room, I was ready to check out then and there. The place needs serious upkeep. I love old buildings but there is a difference between old and rundown...
I didn't stay here but after trying a few other breakfast places, this was the best. Food arrived quickly, perfectly cooked with just the right proportions. I looked forward to their coffee every morning which came with free refills. My favorite were the huevos divorciados. Highly recommend!
Nunca me he hospedado en el, pero me gusta mucho el restaurante. Los desayunos son buenos y a buen precio. Lo mejor es el café y las crepas, ideal para refaccionaria en una visita a la antigua.
A few nice rooms around a lovely patio. Well appointed with a cafe attached on the front (no noise when the patio doors are closed) and laundry service on site. Well done!
Excelent place to stay, beautiful rooms, nice garden to relax, delicious and affordable food, the owner and staff are really friendly and helpful, they can arrange for transportation an parking. It is really close to central park and spanish schools. Very quite in the evenings as it is far from bars. The perfect place to enjoy antigua
