Do not rate or advise anyone to stay here, was in the hotel a week and not once had the room cleaned... Didnt get no clean towels or fresh bedding.
No restaurant open didnt get no room service for optional food.
Poor hospitality.
Will not recommend in the future...

Dreadful. Giving 1 star as no stars isn’t an option. Dirty, tired, tiny room. Awful smell in corridor. Mattress needed replacing, I spent the whole night rolling to the middle of the bed. Stains on the pillowcase which unfortunately I didn’t see until the morning. Noise from hotel corridor & from the road. The place needs knocking down. Receptionist (male) was not wearing a uniform and was not wearing a mask. Refund under good night policy not applicable. Really? How bad has it got to be to qualify?

We stayed here as we were heading to Santa pod the next day to break up our journey from travelling from the north.
I can honestly say we felt very safe in this hotel with the precautions in place, it smelt clean too!!! Justin in reception we couldnt fault at all, he was very helpful and friendly....thank you. Also connected with the hotel us a Beefeater, also here staff all friendly aswell and food good, social distancing is good and felt safe. Will stay at this Premier inn again.

I have stayed here on multiple occasions. The staff are always friendly and polite, the rooms are always clean and meet expectations, not to mention comfortable and relaxing. The location is perfect for anybody traveling along the M1. There is a petrol station nearby and currently works going ahead developing new buildings.
