Had a incident where I accidentally put a hole in the wall. Spoke to a woman on the desk about it she was so genuine and made me feel better about it as I offered to pay any damages and couldn’t be any nicer about it. Rooms are nice and top quality staff.

Really comfy beds, great location for Rock City gigs and a tram stop 30 seconds away! However the "shower gel" was actually hand wash, and so didn't lather well at all and smelt of nothing; and the sausages at breakfast were tepid. Would visit again! Lovely staff

Myself and my girlfriend have just checked out of this hotel and cannot rate this place enough. The staff throughout the day were so so so kind (they even allowed us to store our cases through the day of our checkout so we could explore Nottingham!) the breakfast team as well also deserve some appreciation because they too were really kind. 5/5 for sure! Will be returning if there’s another trip to Nottingham in store.

Lovely rooms and we were impressed with how spacious family room was. There were 6 of us and each morning the restaurant arranged it so we could all be seated together. We were allowed to leave our bags before check-in and the actually check in process was very easy. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they were all very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was fairly good. Buffet style on both days of my stay.
Just to reiterate though, definitely not any kind of spirit trap created by the Devil for vacuuming up the souls of the hapless travellers caught in its grasp and sending them to a realm of eternal fire, torment and torture.
Definitely definitely not.

Me and my partner stayed in this Premier Inn last August for one night, my partner was the first person to arrive at the Premier Inn after getting a taxi there, checked in and went to the room. She was told by the staff behind the desk that there was a space for me to park my car when I arrived just under an hour later and there was no need for me to even let the desk know of my arrival and that I would not have to pay a fee for using the car park behind the site. After having a pleasant night stay in the hotel, a couple weeks later I was shocked to find a parking fine of £100 in my letterbox for the single night I stayed there. I immediately got in touch with the Premier Inn to inquire about getting this parking fine cleared however they quickly told me there was nothing I could do about it and that I would have to get in touch with the Parking company directly. By appealing a parking fine you are automatically forced to pay the total cost of the fine as opposed to a reduced rate if you pay the fine with no questions asked. As any reasonable person would I appealed the fine with proof of my booking from the night and told them my partner was specifically told neither of us had to take action in giving the details of my car to the hotel. Britannia Parking, the private owners of the car park behind the Premier Inn, immediately denied my appeal and after several months of back and forth with the company I have been forced into paying £100 for the parking charge, despite taking residence at the hotel the one night I parked there. I'm appalled that a fine of this magnitude can be handed out so willingly for a customer that has used the hotel services and only abided by the instructions given by the hotel staff. It is a shame that such a pleasant night staying in the hotel can be ruined by a frankly daft parking fine for using the car park which any logical person would assume is free of charge when taking residence at the Premier Inn.

Overall a nice hotel, very clean, and all staff were wonderful. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The only thing I would change is the pillows. I think there should be 2 per person, as they are incredibly soft.

Have stayed here a number of times and each time I have found the staff to be very helpful, beds comfy and breakfast really nice. The location is good but of course due to being so close to one of the universities main campus can be very noisy which can not be helped. Overall a good staff and will stay again

Really good Premier Inn! Its not the most central one in Nottingham, but its still central. Rooms are good sized, and ours was just refurbished. Tram stop near by and some car parking is available. The staff here are both friendly and very helpful. When in Nottingham, I wouldnt stay anywhere else!
