Minha namorada e eu estamos no Raffles há mais de uma semana. Toda a experiência e estadia foi incrível. Desde o momento em que chegamos aqui, não tivemos que nos preocupar com nada. O atendimento é ótimo, todos estão sempre dispostos a ajudar. A comida está deliciosa. A cama é super confortável. O quarto estava impecável. A banheira é ótima. O melhor lugar que ficamos no Camboja. Com certeza voltarei!!
Sem dúvida, uma instituição histórica de luxo em Phnom Penh. O exterior do edifício, interior, a exuberante piscina grito magnificência verde e grandeza - algo que você não vai ficar em um moderno hotel 5 estrelas. Mas, infelizmente, as instalações são derrubadas com o tempo. A maioria concerningly, os banheiros não flush - fazendo uma bagunça nas áreas comuns, onde um monte de pessoas usam o banheiro. Este foi o suficiente para mudar minha mente sobre ficar em edifícios históricos. O vestiário piscina é modesto e subpar eo sofá ninho para duas pessoas (sofá cone rattan) à beira da piscina é coberto em poo de pássaros no colchão que ninguém nunca usa-lo.
Mi novia y yo llevamos más de una semana en Raffles. Toda la experiencia y la estancia ha sido increíble. Desde el momento en que llegamos aquí, no hemos tenido que preocuparnos por nada. El servicio es excelente, todos están siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La comida está deliciosa. La cama es súper cómoda. La habitación estaba impecable. La bañera es genial. El mejor lugar en el que nos hemos alojado en Camboya. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!
Undoubtedly a historical institution of luxury in Phnom Penh. The building exterior, interior, the lush green swimming pool shout magnificence and grandeur - something you will not get in a modern 5 star hotel. But alas, the facilities are battered down with time. Most concerningly, the toilets don't flush - making a mess in common areas, where a lot of people use the bathroom. This was enough to change my mind about staying at historical buildings. The swimming pool changing room is modest and subpar and the two-person sofa nest (the rattan cone sofa) by the swimming pool is covered in bird poo on the mattress that nobody ever uses it.

One of MUST visits in Phnom Penh. Good and old days in authentic atmosphere.
My girlfriend & I have been at Raffles for over a week. The entire experience and stay has been amazing. Since the moment we got here, we haven’t had to worry about a thing. The service is great, everyone is always ready to help. The food is delicious. The bed is super comfortable. The room was spotless. The bath tub is great. The best place we have stayed in Cambodia. Will definitely be back!!

Esta revisão é apenas para o chá da tarde, o que foi muito decepcionante, tendo em conta que se trata de "Rifas". Certamente, se algum lugar pode oferecer um excelente chá da tarde, então o sorteio 5 estrelas da era colonial deve ser o lugar. O cenário e o ambiente eram muito adequados (no entanto, a nossa garçonete era bastante isolada / distante), e o chá da tarde começou bem como os sanduíches foram bem apresentados e saborosos. No entanto, os scones estavam muito secos (ouso dizer envelhecidos) e excessivamente doces, e o creme era o creme aerossol "artificial" excessivamente doce! O mille-feuille também estava muito seco, com apenas uma pequena quantidade de creme dentro. A secura do bolinho e do mille-feuille fez com que o chá terminasse rapidamente e o pedido de um pouco de água quente extra para encher o bule foi recusado! This review is only for the Afternoon Tea which was very disappointing bearing in mind this is 'The Raffles'. Surely if anywhere can provide an excellent Afternoon Tea then the 5 star Colonial era Raffles should be the place. The setting and ambiance was very fitting (however our waitress was rather stand-offish / aloof), and the Afternoon Tea started off well as the sandwiches were nicely presented and tasty. However, the scones were way too dry (dare I say stale) and overly sweet, and the cream was the 'artificial' overly sweet aerosol cream!! The mille-feuille was also very dry with only a tiny amount of cream inside. The dryness of the scone and mille-feuille meant the tea was quickly finished and the request for some extra hot water to refill the pot was refused! Thus, with the overall dryness and overly sweetness of the desserts, and with no hot water for a teapot refill (meaning having to ration the tea between nibbles), what should have been a wonderful experience, was unfortunately a very disappointing one. I really hope this was a collective off-day for the Raffles because it really was a disappointing experience. Expected so much more from such a renowned brand...
Raffles é um local histórico, mas muito bem conservado. Embora não tenha ficado no hotel, ainda posso sentir sua elegância ao ver a bela decoração das áreas públicas. Meu amigo também recomendou o “Elephant Bar” aqui para a atmosfera e serviço. Definitivamente, a primeira escolha na cidade para um hotel de luxo.
Bom hotel, na área de negócios. Hotel de nuances antigas com vagas limitadas de estacionamento e jardim frontal coberto de cascalho. Não é um salão de baile tão grande com um tapete não tão limpo.Uma piscina dentro do hotel e árvores verdes exuberantes. Agradável. A garçonete é gentil e prestativa.Recomendável.
Buen hotel, en la zona de negocios. Hotel de estilo antiguo con plazas de aparcamiento limitadas y patio delantero empedrado. Salón de baile no tan grande con alfombra de piso no tan limpia.Una piscina dentro del hotel y frondosos árboles verdes. Agradable. La camarera es amable y servicial.Recomendable.
Raffles is a historical spot but maintained very well. Although I didn’t stay in the hotel, I can still feel its elegance by seeing the nice decoration at public areas. My friend also recommended the “Elephant Bar” here for the atmosphere and service. Definitely the 1st choice in town for luxury hotel.
Good hotel, in the business area. Old nuances hotel with limited parking space, and gravel stoned front yard. Not so big ballroom with not so clean floor carpet. A pool inside the hotel and lush green trees. Enjoyable. The waitress are kind and helpful. Recommendable.
Eu fiquei no Raffles Hotel Le Royal para minha estadia de quarentena de 2 semanas na chegada em Phnom Penh. Duvido que pudesse ter escolhido um hotel melhor. A acomodação é luxuosa, me deram um quarto com vista para a piscina sem pedir. Os funcionários são simpáticos, prestativos e atenciosos - o serviço é de classe mundial. Minhas necessidades dietéticas veganas não foram apenas levadas em consideração, mas também me ofereceram para fazer sugestões se houvesse algo mais que eu gostaria / necessitasse. Um agradecimento especial a Rey e Thomas! Eu definitivamente voltarei no futuro.
I stayed at Raffles Hotel Le Royal for my 2 week quarantine stay upon arrival in Phnom Penh. I doubt I could have chosen a better hotel. Accommodation is luxurious, I was given a room overlooking the pool without requesting it. Staff are friendly, helpful and attentive - service is world class. My vegan dietary requirements were not only taken into account but I was also offered to make suggestions if there was anything else I would like/need. A special thank you to Rey and Thomas! I’ll definitely be checking back in in the future.
It is a 5-star hotel after all! They do an excellent job of hosting concerts here, though the selected rooms are not always acoustically optimal. The grounds are gorgeous ... It is like stepping out of the grime of Real life into a fairy tale for a couple of hours during the events. Service is excellent, very clean, a delightful space and place!
The Hotel has a rich legacy of the pastand it is obvious as you enter. The layout is impressiveand the facilities decent.The hotel is a great place for large get together,meetings, dinners.. have attendeda few and I am always at the cleanliness of the pool with the large tree in the centre of the courtyard... Best wishes

Old history hotel. I love it coz ther was so quiet.
This is a wonderful place. You get everything you want. I love the ambience and the classic decors both inside and outside. They also have wonderful staff who are very kind and helpful. My favorite is the fine dining restaurant or the Crystal Room.... it's so classic right from the furniture and chairs, down to their curtains and chandeliers.
Raffles Hotel Le Royal is a true 5-star hotel in service and facility. From the minute you walk in, you’re taken to a whole new luxurious experience. The décor is elegantly decorated. The room is spacious with ample outlets to connect laptops, phones, etc. Check-in is quick and easy. If you stay here and missed breakfast, shame on you. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers plenty of variety.

El hotel historico de referencia .Como todo hotel centenario tiena ya esa esta de leyenda.Andre Malreaux y otro ilustres visitantes han dejado si impronta en el y en el nombre de algunas suites. Piscina estupenda sin mucho sol (aqui lo del moreno no se lleva) Trato exquisito de un refimamiento absoluto Como todo gran hotel adolece de injustificados excesos como los precios despropocionado en todos los extras
