Lovely hotel. Nice and helpful staff. Convenience as there are many shops and supermarkets nearby.
Especially, the nice lady called JOY. She is really helpful. I stayed there almost one month when I first came to the UK. There were many difficulties when I start my living here because of COVID-19. She helped me some of the issues.
I am many thanks for the hospitality she provided.

Good clean rooms, plenty of free parking. Can be noisy at times (fellow guests). Lovely staff. Good links to commute around Birmingham

Well... On the upside the parking was free. You get what you pay for, but even at £30 per night I expected better. The pillows were flatter than pancakes, i could not have ironed them any flatter if I had tried. I'd recommend asking for several upon arrival. Soundproofing is none existent, take earplugs! The noise from other rooms and the constant slamming of the security door was deafening, why not make the door sprung??! The room we had was on the lower floor by reception, the view outside the window was of the car park. The cups provided for tea or coffee were cardboard, really!!.. How much does a ceramic cup cost these days?! Glasses provided for refreshments were the size of a shot glass. Very dated but did seem clean.

Needed a place to sleep reasonably cheap close to town, Solihull, as I was working there coming from Londo. The place was cheap and looked decent enough by the photos. I was given the worse room in the whole building, could not sleep a minute, banging doors and people talking all night. Don't recommend a minute.
