Excelente como sempre. É um hotel bastante cômodo e prático. Os quartos confortáveis e com tudo que é necessário, inclusive frigobar e cafeteira Nespresso. Estacionamento exatamente na frente. Costumo ficar no térreo e sempre foi ótimo. Já me hospedei mais de seis vezes e certamente voltarei.

Well located, 5 min away from the center of Colmar. Very large outdoor parking. Rooms are quiet, but rather small and a bit dated. The air conditioning is centralized whereas theroom temperature is very high with no possibility to regulate it. Breakfast is standard. The staff is friendly and supportive. Bem localizado, a 5 min do centro de Colmar. Estacionamento externo muito amplo. Os quartos são silenciosos, mas pequenos e um pouco datados. O ar condicionado é centralizado enquanto a temperatura ambiente é muito alta sem possibilidade de regulá-la. O café da manhã é padrão. A equipe é simpática e prestativa.

In the outskirts of Colmar. Quiet. You need a car or other means of transportation to get to the historic center of town. Very comfy beds, all amenities. Nespresso machine in the room, aroma therapy shower etc.. Nice breakfast.

Não merece 4 estrelas. Nível de limpeza do quarto muito empoeirado. Corredor, os tapetes estão realmente muito sujos. E, finalmente, os quartos são muito mal insonorizados entre eles. Esta manhã, quando acordamos, ouvimos o colega de quarto no banheiro. Depois do café da manhã farto, mas pouca fruta. Não voltaremos. Preço muito alto por enquanto.

Not great. They knew I was partially disabled and although I had a ground floor room it was the furtherst from reception! The shower head was broken (would not stay in position to have a shower - useless), the toilet seat was hanging on by a thread, sliding about and quite unsafe and one of the reading lights by the bedside was hanging out of the wall by a wire. I was offered another room but had already unpacked before discovering the above as as only one night I did not bother to change. On the plus side the bed was very comfortable and the aircon is great! But afew things to sort if they want to call themselves 'Prestige'!!!

My family was there couple years ago, did not take their breakfast but the service and staffs are amazing, 2 staffs helped us booking a taxi to the train station but it was early in the morning so no taxi could came and we were gonna late so a guy drove us by his new Porsche SUV that he just received 2-3 days ago. God, i don't know how much thankful i am, if you are reading this post and remember the story, i want to say you're super kind and make us love French a lot, you're so gentle and great manner.

Really nice hotel with very clean rooms. The shower has a sort of 'cup' you can use to give a nice scent/touch to your shower water, which was a really nice experience. very good airconditioning for the warm weather. very friendly staff. Nice, quiet breakfast. literally next to a restaurant, which is really nice when you arrive in the evening after a long trip. Realmente bom hotel com quartos muito limpos. O chuveiro tem uma espécie de 'copo' que você pode usar para dar um cheiro/toque agradável à água do chuveiro, o que foi uma experiência muito boa. ar condicionado muito bom para o clima quente. equipe muito simpática. Café da manhã bom e tranquilo. literalmente ao lado de um restaurante, o que é muito bom quando você chega à noite depois de uma longa viagem.

The place itself is a is a little far (like 10-15 minutes with the car) from the actual city of Colmar, but it's very accessible with the car. It's also easy and free to park there. The staff was mostly very nice and friendly. Especially this elderly man, who always had the night shift. He was so sweet and caring and even helped us heat some food although it was pretty (very) late. He made us all feel very welcome and comfortable. We'd give this man 5 stars :)The only thing we didn't like at this hotel was the room. It was very clean but too little and too narrow for three persons. And the worst thing was the showerroom/bathroom. The door is transparent!!! So you can't just shower in peace. If you're travelling with your frinds you gotta organize yourselves so there are no embarrassing situations. When we presented the problem to the staff, they couldn't help us, bcs apparently all rooms are the same way.Besides that we liked our stay.

Buena relacion calidad-precio. Aconsejable por su ubicación para visitar los pueblos de la Alsacia. Parking gratuito. Amabilidad en la recepción.Cercano a la carretera, es por eso que se oye el ruido de vehículos.

Relación calidad-precio excelente, un tres estrellas que mejora muchos de cuatro en España. Personal amable y competente. Habitaciones muy completas por 80 € la noche, camas muy cómodas y ropa de cama de calidad. Aparcamiento gratuito, en espacio exterior cerrado por una barrera. Desayuno buffet por 10 € que realmente merece la pena, en cantidad y calidad. Mejorable, las toallas, buenas pero algo asperas y, sobre todo, la WiFi, se hace lenta hasta la exasperación.
