The single star is for the lovely staff, however I will never be back to this hotel. The building itself is dilapidated, falling to bits! The rooms and hallways were in dire need of complete refurbishment. Food available with the All Inclusive package was basic and of very poor quality. The pool area needed a good clean and I wouldn't touch the sunbeds, they were filthy! The price we paid for five nights in this hotel was more expensive than last years all inclusive in a 4 star hotel in Greece. Feeling a tad ripped off!

Last minute holiday so did not expect much, however when given our room the 2 patio doors were broken. Asked the receptionist to get it fixed so we felt safe sleeping there. The response was that the maintenance man had gone for the day, and they could not give us another room. Said I wanted to cancel the room and book another but they refused. A lot of items are broken in the room . Begs to question the health and safety aspect of the air con ant the PH levels in the pool. Going home Saturday and the doors are still not fixed. THIS HOTEL IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE WHAT EVER YOUR STANDARDS.

Great hotel for visiting St Paul's Bay. Good food and drink. Rooms are simple but functional. No car park was a bit of a let down as we had a rental car but parking is around the hotel if you can find a white box to park in. All in all a nice budget hotel.

Do not listen to people on here. Yes the rooms are little dated but food and staff are great all very helpful we had no problems at all. Marie in the restaurant was great with my kids and i thank her to. We had a great time keep the good work up guys. Nice rooms please ha.

Very nice hotel. Basic cheap and cheerful rooms, does have ceiling fan in every room which is free of charge where as air con is also there but costs extra. Food was really good lots of different meals with plenty of choice we had lots of different meals over the week including things like veal, fresh fish, lamb, pork. Pool is lovely but can be on the cold side as its a non heated pool. My only complaint was that when we booked we were told it had a kids club and evening entertainment. Unfortunately there is no kids club and evening entertainment consists of a local singer. Overall a lovely holiday especially to be used as a base
