Creo que la ubicación es buena porque está cerca del paseo marítimo. Sin embargo, no sé si fue por la renovación del antiguo almacén, pero las paredes son delgadas y puedo escuchar la voz a mi lado por la noche. La habitación tiene solo el mínimo requerido, por lo que puede no ser adecuada para estadías prolongadas. Creo que el enchufe de salida era del tipo C de 2 pines. (No recuerdo si podría usar B3L)

La recepcionista fue muy amable, no había estación de café o té en la habitación del hotel. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada ... Pero la tubería me mantuvo despierto la mayor parte de la noche. Había una tubería enorme fuera de la pared del baño, corriendo a lo largo de la pared ... Y hacía un sonido burbujeante ... Me sentí como si estuviera durmiendo en una pecera ... Con este ruido burbujeante.

The receptionist was very friendly, no coffee or tea station in the hotel room. The room was clean and neat... But the plumbing kept me awake most of the night. There was a huge pipe outside of the bathroom wall, running down the length of the wall... And it was making a bubbling sound.. I felt like i was sleeping in a fishtank.. With this bubbling noise.

Ar condicionado não funciona por 3 dias seguidos e eles não nos mudaram de quarto ou fizeram manutenção. A recepcionista disse que não tinha quarto disponível é que não poderia fazer nada... ainda foi mal educada... Absurdo! Não recomendo!Tinha reserva para ficar na mesma rede em Johannesburg, porém já vou cancelar e mudar de hotel...

Viajé a Sudáfrica, Ciudad del Cabo para una conferencia de dos semanas y fui reservado en el exclusivo hotel Lux en Waterfront, me impresionó el lugar porque obtuve una buena relación calidad-precio. La parte innovadora de este hotel es que descarga su pequeña aplicación de la App Store y literalmente puede obtener todos los servicios (llamar a la recepción, solicitar el servicio de habitaciones, activar la llave de su habitación, etc.) en la aplicación. Hay un autobús que lo lleva a Waterfront (una gran zona turística) de forma gratuita. Hay una especie de parque público justo en frente del hotel donde puedes sentarte y leer o simplemente ver a la gente ir y venir. La única razón por la que no les doy cinco estrellas es porque su desayuno carece de variedad.

Es una muy buena opción, el. Hotel es bonito y las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias, no tiene la mejor vista pero está super bien ubicado cerca del V&A Waterfront y del centro de la ciudad, el personal es amable y tienen un bar en el primer piso que está muy bien para una copa al llegar al hotel. Buena relación precio beneficio.

I travelled to South Africa, Cape Town for a two weeks conference and was booked into the signature Lux hotel at Waterfront, I was impressed with the place because I got value for money. The innovative part of this hotel is that you download their little app from the App Store and you can literally get all the services (calling front desk, ordering room service, activate your room key etc)on the app. There is a bus to take you to the Waterfront (a big tourist area) for free. There is a sort of public park right in front of the hotel where you can sit and read or just watch people go and come. The only reason I am not giving them a five star is because their breakfast lacks variety.
