Stayed at the Butterfly hotel multiple times always have a great time this weekend was no exception!!!!
True example of excellent hospitality Michelle and Sam can not do enough for guests and make sure everyone is catered for. The 80s party was brilliant, the effort that Michelle and Sam had gone to was amazing so much so that we didn't even leave the hotel everything we needed was under one roof great atmosphere, music, lots of offers on the drinks and excellent company!!!!
As always room clean and tidy and comfortably slept 4

Amazing place to stay. The person that’s put the bad review on should be ignored. We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and always found the hotel extremely modern and clean. The staff and owners have always offered an outstanding service to all customers and if damage is caused by a group it’s only fair to the hoteliers that the group pays to cover the cost of the damages caused instead of trying to make excuses for not paying. We won’t stay anywhere else when in Blackpool. Butterfly hotel is amazing

Without doubt the best hotel in Blackpool, 4th visit in a year wouldn’t stay anywhere else, What can I say about Sammy and Michelle fantastic hosts nothing is any trouble to then make you feel like part of the family, Special mention for the night shift porter keeps the bar open all night and the music playing and keeps smiling!
Rooms are clean, facilities great, central located.
If it’s a party atmosphere where your made to feel welcome this is the place to stay!

Don’t listen to any bad reviews about his hotel! I have stayed here many times and never had a single problem. The staff treat you like family and can’t do enough for you before, during and after your stay. They are amazing people to deal with and make your stay enjoyable every time. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Blackpool. Amazing hotel and staff 😁 xxx
