Came here for a three day work event. The check-in was super simple. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was excellent in all parts of service. In particular, maintains the organization of our events
Loved our stay at the Cove. I believe it is the newest. The room was nice, decent restaurants around...though the best were in the main hotel. The pool was the nicest on site and is adult only. Also had cabanas in the pool and beach. Walk to main hotel was about 10-15 mins...and there is also a shuttle you can take. Great stay...would definitely come back.
I stayed at this resort with my colleagues in January 2022. If you do decide to stay at this resort please look for Zhivago and Latoya!!! They were the best and made our trip the most memorable. Fantastic people with amazing hearts...Truly felt like family!!
My wife and I celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary at the Cove. It was our first time in the Bahamas and it was beautiful. We received a call prior to our visit that I was upgraded from the Royal to the Cove. The Cove Hotel was absolutely beautiful and our room was one of the nicest rooms I had ever seen. The views from the room balcony were stunning. The service throughout the resort was above beyond our expectations. Families, couples, kids, it's a place for everyone and the food was some of the best dinners I've had in a long time. You want a beautiful beach, you have it. You want to party poolside , head to the Cove 21+ pool. Its an eye opening experience :) I could not have asked for a more wonderful experience. Thank you to the staff and the people of the Bahamas!!
It is not cheap, but reliably good. If you like this easily accessible, no worries, beautiful surroundings good fun luxury stay, this is your place. Also great with kids. Best is the competent, super friendly staff.
Quartos espaçosos e em ordem, serviço do Club Lounge muito bom, todos foram muito prestativos. Café da manhã continental servido no Club Lounge também foi bom, pouca variedade, mas com produtos de qualidade.
Hugely enjoyed our stay here, the lobby area is beautiful and the view from our room was amazing. The only reason for this not being a 5 star review is due to the shortage of eating option within the cove for dinner. The only option is the fine dining restaurant on site or the bar area which only serves salads and sandwiches. Beyond that it was a great stay

As áreas comuns elegantes mascaram algumas quedas curtas dentro dos próprios quartos. Nosso quarto estava começando a mostrar a idade. Principalmente com pontos de contato, como armários, pias / piso do banheiro e mesas laterais.A piscina para adultos foi incrível
Atlantis is beautiful! They are doing a good job, keeping covid out of paradise island. We stayed at the reef of Atlantis. My only issue was, it took forever for someone to answer the phones.
Elegant common areas mask some short falls within the rooms themselves. Our room was starting to show age. Primarily with in touch-points like the cabinets, bathroom sinks/floor, and side tables. The adult pool was awesome
Nós fomos para Atlantis há cerca de 5 anos e ficamos na Royal Tower, e decidimos voltar há uma semana e ficamos na Cove. De alguma forma, está ainda melhor do que antes! Todo mundo foi incrivelmente legal - todos os funcionários cumprimentaram você quando o viram, não importa qual era o seu trabalho. A água estava absolutamente cristalina, as piscinas eram ótimas e passamos horas no Rapid River. O mergulho foi absolutamente fantástico em vários lugares - vimos tantos peixes e pela primeira vez cerca de meia dúzia de tartarugas marinhas! Cada centímetro do lugar estava impecável, não me lembro de ter visto nada que não estivesse limpo e o pessoal estava sempre esfregando, limpando e higienizando.Nosso único ponto negativo foi um jantar bem ruim na mesa de Poseidon - nós literalmente comemos um bife que pedimos para ser feito no Medium Rare, e eu sou um cara relativamente forte e não conseguia nem cortá-lo com uma faca era tão duro e cozido demais . Também tinha o lombo de porco, e estava tão seco e cozido demais. E não estamos falando de um ou dois minutos cozidos demais - os dois pratos estavam intragáveis de tão mal cozidos. Portanto, provavelmente evitaria aquele lugar para serviço de mesa de jantar. Outras refeições (café da manhã no Mosaic, várias refeições ao redor das piscinas, etc) foram todas decentes.Portanto, no geral, foi uma ótima viagem e superou nossas expectativas, e nos fará querer voltar mais cedo do que provavelmente faríamos. E mais uma vez o atendimento que recebemos dos funcionários foi igual ao melhor serviço de hotel 5 estrelas que já recebemos, o que tornou a estadia ainda melhor. Obrigado ao pessoal de lá!

A apenas devolvido de 5 pernoites no Cove. Esta foi a nossa terceira vez e reservei a nossa próxima viagem enquanto ainda estávamos lá. Eu amo este hotel e a equipe excepcionalmente amigável; as pessoas se curvaram para me ajudar, perguntaram como foi meu dia, etc. Melhor serviço que já experimentei em um hotel. Atlantis é um resort caro; a comida é cara. Somos um casal que come e bebe uma quantia normal e gastamos cerca de US $ 400 por dia em comida e bebida. Não vai ser mais barato magicamente quando você chegar lá. Cada revisão indica isso, e os preços do menu estão disponíveis online. Comida e bebida no Atlantis são caras. Você está pagando pela qualidade e pelo serviço. Se você está preocupado com os custos de tudo, pode não gostar do Atlantis. Mas se você for capaz de passar algumas noites entregando-se às ofertas incríveis, você absolutamente não se arrependerá de ficar aqui. Os quartos são fabulosos, vistas incríveis, luxo em todos os lugares. Eu me sinto mimada desde o segundo em que chego e é isso que estou pagando. We went to Atlantis about 5 years ago and stayed in the Royal Tower, and decided to go back a week ago and stayed at the Cove. Somehow it's even better than it was before! Everyone was just incredibly nice - every employee greeted you when they saw you, no matter what their job was. The water was absolutely pristine, the pools were great, and we spent hours on the Rapid River. The snorkeling was just absolutely fantastic at multiple places - we saw so many fish and for the first time about half a dozen sea turtles! Every inch of the place was spotless, I don't remember seeing anything that was not clean, and the staff was always mopping, cleaning, and sanitizing. Our only negative was a pretty poor dinner at Poseidon's Table - we literally had a steak that we requested to be done at Medium Rare, and I'm a relatively strong guy and could not even cut it with a knife it was that hard and overcooked. Also had the Pork Tenderloin, and it was just so dry and overcooked as well. And we're not talking about a minute or two overcooked - both dishes were just inedible it was so badly cooked. So would probably avoid that place for dinner table service. Out other meals (breakfast at Mosaic, various meals around the pools, etc) were all decent. So all in all it was a really great trip and exceeded our expectations, and will make us want to return sooner than we probably would have. And again the service we received from the employees was equal to the best 5 star hotel service we've ever received, which made the stay even better. Thanks to the staff there!

Just returned from a 5 night stay at The Cove. This was our third time, and I booked our next trip while we were still there. I love this hotel and the exceptionally friendly staff; folks bent over backwards to assist me, ask how my day was, etc. Best service I’ve experienced at a hotel. Atlantis is an expensive resort; the food is expensive. We are a couple that eats and drinks a standard amount and we spent approximately $400 per day on food and drinks. It won’t magically be cheaper when you get there. Every review indicates this, and menu prices are available online. Food and drink at Atlantis are expensive. You are paying for quality and service. If you are concerned how much everything costs, you might not enjoy Atlantis. But if you are able to spend a few nights indulging in the amazing offerings, you will absolutely not regret staying here. Rooms are fabulous, amazing views, luxury everywhere. I feel spoiled from the second I arrive and that’s what I’m paying for. No mega-resort is perfect, but I think The Cove is as close as it gets.
Este lugar é muito bom. Linda propriedade e uma das melhores praias. O pessoal é muito simpático e acolhedor. Tivemos um check-in um pouco decepcionante. Mas, no dia seguinte, fomos contactados pelo gerente. Tudo foi resolvido de forma muito profissional. Existem alguns restaurantes e bares. Os preços podem ser chocantes depois dos EUA. Eles têm muitos lugares legais aqui: parque aquático, enseada dos golfinhos, aquário. Então você realmente não precisa sair do hotel. Vale a pena, você vai gostar de ficar aqui.
This place is very nice. Beautiful property and one of the best beaches. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We had a bit disappointing check in. But the next day got contacted by the manager. Everything was resolved in a very professional manner. There are a few restaurants and bars. The prices may be shocking after the US. They have a lot of cool places here: water park, dolphin cove, aquarium. So you don't really need to leave the hotel. It's worth it, you will enjoy staying here.

El lugar es hermoso, pero tuvimos un detalle sobre la higiene de las copas y vasos que ponen en la habitación, estaban sucias. Ellos rapidamente las cambiaron. Por todo lo demas excelente lugar.
Han cogido una isla paradisíaca y la han llenado de hormigón para que puedas pagar miles de dólares a las multinacionales que controlan todas las tiendas, restaurantes... Y dudo mucho que gran parte de ese dinero llegue a la economía local. Siento ser tan crítico, pero no es mi tipo de sitio de vacaciones.
