Stunning service. Staff that don’t just ‘do’ the job, but love it. Addy was absolutely sensational. Made our stay every thing you want, going above and beyond to ensure that we were wearing as many smiles as the staff that served us were. Addy ensured we would stay here again.

Hotel was lovely and great facilities. I paid for a Suite in which the air-conditioning did not work, I was then charged additional on my credit card for room service and am still waiting 2 weeks later for a refund. When calling up, you wait on hold for over half hour to be told then will email reception, and you do not get a return call.
Such a shame for such a beautiful hotel.

The hotel and staff are absolutely amazing ! My wife and I could not fault anything with our stay. Only thing, the sokio staff for breakfast cannot handle pressure at all.
Waited 50min to receive our breakfast the last morning of our stay and all they could say is “it’s coming”

Greeted by friendly staff, the foyer has a lovely light fragrance to the air - makes you feel at ease & comfortable. booked the Stellar Suite for 2 nights & was not disappointed. The room was fitted out beautifully & tastefully. If you're going with a partner the double shower head in the bathroom is perfect! the double basin sink helps with His & Her getting ready. The Suite is made for comfort & relaxation & that's exactly how we felt. We had in room breakfast service the first morning which was great because we could sit in comfort in our own Suite. The bed was comfortable and feels luxurious as you'd expect. The whole Suite has been planned & executed well and is a place I look forward to coming back to. The views of Sydney Harbour were magnificent & something you could watch all day! The small things like having your name on the TV makes it that little bit more special & detailed. Thank you to the staff we encountered during our stay- everyone was lovely, polite & professional i have no complaints or flaws about this hotel & highly recommend to those wanting a luxurious, relaxing perfect getaway.

Great hotel with wonderful service. Lucky enough we got to have the special in-room dining from Black and was a great way to still experience the restaurant without leaving our room! Another great addition is the ability to chromecast from your phone to the tv allowing for Disney+/Kayo/Netflix etc. During Covid pool is closed but we were made aware of that at booking. Self parking is $40 in the old Star carpark which you validate with the darling upon check out. Celebrating our anniversary, we were upgraded and also sent a beautiful fruit platter which was another nice touch. Can definitely recommend.
