2 nights here. Food was the best. Room was lovely great . View from are room over looking liverpool. Staff are amazing. Feet very welcome and they helped with everything as we don't know the area.

The Liver View is a lovely little family owned place just across the river from Liverpool. The owners were amazing, friendly, and welcoming, spending time discussing the local area and future destinations. The full English breakfast was a delicious morning treat, with a tasty vegetarian option available. My only complaint is that I didn't stay another night.
Be prepared to be distracted by the owner's charming child and cuddly dog!

The room was comfortable, with a wonderful view over the Mersey of the Liver Building itself. Hotel management and their friends who were running it the weekend we were there were very friendly and helpful, feels like you are staying with old friends. Hotel is right next to the Mersey Ferry, and a short taxi ride to the station (or alternatively about 15 mins into Liverpool)
