Super nice and friendly staff! Hotel have nice beach and 2 big pools, one of them with ocean view. But we didn’t like rooms, water has bad smell, poor breakfast, and food in restaurant was too expensive.

Literally the Paradise with lovely people and amazing food. Just the breakfast needs to improve. But that’s a tiny tiny thing. The bungalows are incredible.
Meu namorado e eu acabamos de completar nossa estadia no "The One". O atendimento ao cliente é de primeira linha, a comida é muito boa e os bangalôs são muito aconchegantes. O resort também aceita animais de estimação. Nós definitivamente ficaremos novamente em futuras estadias em Koh Rong Sanloem.
Passamos 7 noites no The One durante o período de Natal de 2021. Eles têm uma ótima piscina com vista para o mar e os funcionários foram simpáticos. Uma menção especial a Alex, o gerente, que se esforçou para nos ajudar. Infelizmente não havia água quente e a pressão do chuveiro era terrível nos quartos dos fundos. Eu também sinto que o café da manhã é muito limitado pelo preço. No geral, achei bastante decepcionante pelo preço que pagamos e vou procurar outras opções de acomodação durante nossa próxima viagem às ilhas.
Pessoal prestativo, eles são muito gentis. Ajude a ir de barco e organizá-lo. Seria melhor se eles resolvessem o problema do mosquito. Pode ser que eles possam usar um dispositivo repelente de mosquitos. Mas no geral foi muito bom.
My boyfriend and I just completed our stay at “The One”. The customer service is top tier, food is really good, and the bungalows are very cozy. The resort is also pet friendly. We will definitely stay again on future stays to Koh Rong Sanloem.
Personal servicial, son muy amables. Ayuda a ir en barco y arreglarlo. Sería mejor si solucionan el problema de los mosquitos. Puede ser que puedan usar un dispositivo repelente de mosquitos. Pero en general estuvo muy bien.
We spent 7 nights at The One over the Christmas period 2021. They have a great pool overlooking the ocean and the staff were friendly. A special mention to Alex the manager who went out of his way to help us. Unfortunately there was no hot water and the shower pressure was terrible in the back rooms. I also feel the breakfast is very limited for the price. On the whole, I found it to be pretty disappointing for the price we paid and will look at other accomodation options during our next trip to the islands.
Helpful staff, they are very kind. Help to go boat and arrange it. It would be better if they solve mosquito problem. May be they can use mosquito repellent device. But in general was very good.
Um dos melhores lugares para se hospedar na ilha. Covid tirou muitos desses lugares do mercado, mas o The One continua com um serviço excelente, excelentes vistas e quartos relaxantes. Fique aqui!
One of the best places to stay on the island. Covid has knocked many of these places out of business but The One continues on with excellent service, great views, and relaxing rooms. Stay here!

The villas are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly. This time round we went during rainy season so it no surprises. Rained 2 days we were there. But all in all was a nice place to go. Sadly covid has taken a big toll on the island with many places on it closed. Looking forward to a good recovery.
We had a wonderful week in The One Resort. The resort, rooms, restaurant and gym are clean. The staff and service was very nice and attentive. They always asked if we feel comfortable and if everything is fine or if we need something. The front-infinity pool is nice and clean. It seems that the backside pool had an temporary issue with the water cleanness (brown bubbles). The staff is cleaning the beach all the time. The most meals in the menu are very delicious. The continental breakfast is quiet small and the fried egg sometimes cold. But all in all we had a very nice stay in the One Resort and we will come back.

El hotel es un paraiso! Los Bungalos son hermosos y limpios. La piscina es tan hermosa como sale en las fotos y la playa frente al hotel es perfecta! Queda muy bin ubicado en medio de la playa. La playa Sunset ueda a menos de 15 min de distancia y para encontrar el camino alFaro tampoco te demoras mas de 10 min. Lostrabajadores son siempre amigables y atentos a lo que necesites. Lo recomiendo al 100%!! Gracias por todo ❤
Uno de los mejores resorts que se pueden encontrar en la isla de Koh Rong Sanloem. Nos vinieron a buscar a la salida del ferry en barca. Super recibimiento y trato inmejorable. Pedimos de alargar la estancia una noche más y no nos pusieron problemas (siempre y cuando hubiera disponibilidad). Ofrecen varias actividades y dispone de kayak gratis. Piscina infinita con vistas a la bahia. Habitaciones limpias y comodas. Servicio de bar - restaurante muy bueno. Atencion del personal insuperable
Teníamos 2 noches reservadas y ampliamos 1 más. Tras varios paseos por la playa, podemos decir que The One Resort parece de los mejores con la piscina a pie de Playa y su servicio.Siempre fueron muy atentos, tienen Kayaks gratuitos, nos prestaron el material necesario si hacía falta y tienen personal que habla un inglés fluido.La comida está buena, las habitaciones aunque te avisan de que puede ser que no haya agua caliente nunca tuvimos problema.Las 2 piscinas tienen buena temperatura y se mantienen limpias.*Te vienen a buscar y te llevan al ferry (cosa que por lo que veo no hacen todos hoteles).Recomendaría la estancia en The One a un amigo si visitara Koh Rong Sanloem!
Es un hotel con mucho encanto, cómodo, ubicado en la vera de la playa, limpio y cuidado. El personal es muy amable, verdaderamente no dan ganas de salir del hotel , se está muy a gusto

Muy recomendable, las habitaciones están muy limpias, la piscina espectacular, la atención del personal muy buena, tienen servicio gratuito de recogida en el muelle cuando llegas a la isla y cuando te vas, la única queja es el desayuno, se va de precio...
