The hotel is spectacular with beautiful amenities, however, trying to get assistance to find safe dining options for my food-allergy kiddo was clearly an inconvenience for them. I asked at the time of booking on Feb 23 to get the form for food allergies. It did not come. I sent a follow-up email a few days later but did not receive a response. I called in the first week of March to request the form and was assured it would come. It did it. Fast-forward to our check-in on March 16 and I was assured by the concierge I would receive it imminently. It did not come. On March 17, I received an automated email asking how our stay was going and chose to provide feedback about the form. Finally, I got a phone call that evening (late enough to wake up a sleeping 3 and 5 year old) to start the ball rolling. It’s now March 19 and I’m still trying to figure out if we can safely take our kids out for a nice meal. Concierge desk informed us that most places are almost fully booked, so I’m not holding out much hope. We picked this place based on stellar reviews of other travelers that allergies would be well-managed. I’m disappointed. Thankfully, we’ve got a full kitchen and have been able to safely cook all our meals.

Wow, what a beautiful resort!!! This was by far the best vacation we have ever been on and will definitely be returning! The reef offers top notch rooms and the cleanliness is a 10 out of 10 and our housekeeper made sure our room was spotless and stocked up each day! Having our own pool and our own beach for the resort was a huge plus for my family, we enjoyed every single minute of this trip! Thank you to all of the amazing staff here, very friendly and very helpful!!

I have to write this review and thank/praise Francoise at the front desk. From the minute we checked in and noticed that one of our rooms was reserved incorrectly as a king instead of 2 queen beds, she worked nonstop to help rectify the situation and make my elderly family comfortable during their week stay. This is service that I notice only at the top 5 star hotels. People like this make your stay exceptional! The hotel was perfect for families- equipped kitchenettes and even full kitchens in 1 bedrooms, quick and efficient housekeeping, and the pools/ private beach are paradise. Make sure to reserve your pool/beach seats with a personal item early in the morning to get a great spot.

So relaxing being in this part of the resort. Huge rooms for a family. Housekeeping was amazing - very quick to bring anything we needed and even loaned us butter so my son could cook a fish he just caught. Easy access to an amazing crystal blue water beach and pool. Plenty of servers on beach to bring drinks and food. Shuttles ran all the time to get to the other parts of resort. We had teenage kids and they loved everything from slides, chess, beach, aquariums, pools, people watching at the royal. Marina village was a hit with our family - went there almost every night - very fun scene. Also, check open table often for reservations - my daughter and I went to Nobu last minute - best meal of her life. Spa was also incredible. Enjoy!

The rooms are nice and have a kitchenette so we could have some meals in our room. Service went above and beyond to help us when we had an issue in our room. The Reef is set away from the busy hub of Atlantis, so it's calmer and quieter. Not a bad walk to reach every corner of the property, and shuttles are always available.

Fantastic experience at Reef. It's pricey but amazing for family fun. You have to save your beach chairs early or you'll be stuck hunting for individual chairs late in the morning. The staff is great but very strict on masks, far too strict IMO, but still great overall. There's a Starbucks in the lobby, which is great but not Dunkin lol.

Loved!!!!! Our suite was huge and pretty updated. We had a partial view of the ocean but the overall scenery was just gorgeous. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.

Stayed 5 nights at the Reef in an ocean view room at the end of the hall. The second morning we woke up to a floor full of water. The hallway had standing water in it. They moved us up several floors only to have the same thing happen again. They comp'd us $100 for the first time. We just dealt with it the second time. Spent our time on the beach anyway. The view was great, the room was pretty good, all the food in the resort was outrageously priced. Overall we had a good time. Probably won't come back to the Bahamas.

First time to visit. Enjoyed the kitchenette as we could prepare some simple meals instead of walking to restaurants too often. The room is pretty clean, asked staffs to fix the safe code on day one, which was done fairly quickly. The back of TV remote is broken/loose. And microwave tray was not the original one and did not fit microwave properly. Report these two issues to front desk and didn't fix it yet on our last day. Maybe they are very monior items since we still can use TV and microwave ☺️ In general, it is nice place to stay (nice beaches!) and staffs are pretty polite.

Room was good size. Most of staff wonderfully nice. BUT…… Shower in master bathroom broke on second day; water would not turn off! Someone finally came and fixed it that same day, but it broke again the next day. Fixed again that same day. Then no hot water at all in our room the following morning. Sink in master bathroom would hardly drain; no one came to fix that. Horrible odor in hallway on our floor. When we left to check out, no one at front desk or concierge desk. (I wanted a copy of our bill.) Security told me that they stepped away for a few minutes. Really??? Not sure we will return…

Amazing hotel! The room was awesome and the view was absolutely breathtaking. They had free laundry which is a great amenity! The room was so pretty, large, and had a nice kitchenette. Absolutely perfect... We'll be back!

Since my arrival I have got contradictory information about the facilities and prices of things as if they just want to trick you to spend more. Staff has been rude when I ask some information. It seems like they are tired or annoyes of being asked for information. I had a particular medical problem and got yelled at because I am not a home owner here. While the place is beautiful, I feel like they do not want me here after spending 2k for staying here.

Some of the staff are friendly. The facility seems to be from 1800 in the sense of maintenance. LOTS OF RESTRICTIONS after paying $1000 per person to stay in this hotel. The pools are closed at 6 pm. You have to leave the beach at 6 pm. Prices to the roof. For you to have an idea, a bottle of water $12 usd. Never come back. There are be/er places to go.

We stayed at reef of Atlantis. Enjoyed my time there. The only issue I had was it takes forever for someone to answer the phones. It didn't happen all the time, but quite often. However, I felt really safe with my family at paradise island. No covid issues at all. They are doing a great job, keeping covid out of paradise island. Which includes weekly testing for their employees.

It was a great experience we wished it was longer. 4 nights 5 days not enough. We have 13 & 10Y boys, had a lot of fun. We enjoyed every single beach, pool and ride. Awesome vacation.

Espetacular. Lindas habitaciones. La cocina a es un 10. Muy cómodas y hermoso. El servicio días mejores y días con fallas y muchos errores en las cuentas así que hay que revisar bien, eso tira un poco para abajo. Pero la pasamos en general muuuuy bien.

Me gusto mucho la habitacion amplia, el baño de lujo gigante comodo, con balcon mirando a la playa fantastico, lo que no me gusto fue que no este incluido el desayuno y hay que comprar en el starbucks o el pack de desayunos, el resto un Disney en el caribe. No venir en épocas de huracanes y tifones (agosto-septiembre).

Estoy en estos momentos en el hotel, la mayoría mala onda excepto el personal de limpieza y camareros. A mi hijo con dos chicos le dieron una habitación con una cama matrimonial y un sofá para los chicos que se lo tienen q abrir ellos y además cuesta una fortuna. UN ROBO TOTAL
