Brought my kids and nephews here for new years eve party.We had a great time. Rooms were clean. Pool area was great. Kids complained pool was too cold but they sure kept swimming. Breakfast was good. The best part about our stay was Mrs/Miss Chris. She got us anything we needed at breakfast but the best thing she does is greets everyone with a hug, a smile and positive attitude every morning. When my daughter came here few months ago for a sleep overMiss Chris greeted us the exact same way. She deserves a raise!!! Serisouly!! This world currently is full of anger, hate and sadness and Mrs. Chris trying her best to change that each day for each person. I absolutely love her!!! Mrs Chris is by far your best thing about your hotel. every hotel needs a Mrs. Chris!!!! Trouxe meus filhos e sobrinhos aqui para a festa de véspera de ano novo. Tivemos um grande momento. Os quartos eram limpos. A área da piscina era ótima. As crianças reclamaram que a piscina estava muito fria, mas com certeza continuaram nadando. O café da manhã era bom. A melhor parte sobre a nossa estadia foi Mrs/Miss Chris. Ela nos deu tudo o que precisávamos no café da manhã, mas a melhor coisa que ela faz é cumprimentar a todos com um abraço, um sorriso e uma atitude positiva todas as manhãs. Quando minha filha veio aqui há alguns meses para dormir, a Srta. Chris nos cumprimentou exatamente da mesma maneira. Ela merece um aumento!!! Sério!! Este mundo atualmente está cheio de raiva, ódio e tristeza e a Sra. Chris está tentando ao máximo mudar isso a cada dia para cada pessoa. Eu absolutamente a amo!!! A senhora deputada Chris é de longe a sua melhor coisa sobre o seu hotel. todo hotel precisa de uma Sra. Chris!!!!

Las habitaciones estaban limpias. zona de la piscina era genial. Los niños se quejaron de que la piscina estaba demasiado fría, pero seguro que siguieron nadando. El desayuno era bueno. La mejor parte de nuestra estancia fue la señora/señorita Chris. Comfortable beds. Large living space with full kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff! They went above and beyond to help my kids feel comfortable. The free morning breakfast had great selection. Unfortunately the pool was too cold for our kids. Also the door to the toilet and shower is a bit awkward so it was difficult to access the shower/toilet to help little kids. If you have any mobility issues I would suggest requesting a handicap room. Would definitely stay again. Camas confortáveis. Sala ampla com cozinha completa. Hicieron todo lo posible para ayudar a mis hijos a sentirse cómodos. El desayuno gratuito de la mañana tenía una gran selección. This is a beautiful hotel with nice rooms. For a decent price. I travel for work and stay in hotels almost year round. The location is awesome, it's in a remote location while still being very close to everything. Staff is very friendly. Only downfall is I stayed checked out on Tuesday and haven't gotten my hotel hold back yet lol other than that. Great hotel. Este é um lindo hotel com quartos agradáveis. Por um preço decente. Viajo a trabalho e fico em hotéis quase o ano todo. A localização é incrível, fica em um local remoto e ainda está muito perto de tudo. A equipe é muito simpática. A única ruína é que eu fiquei com check-out na terça-feira e ainda não consegui segurar meu hotel lol além disso. Ótimo hotel.

Viajo por trabajo y me alojo en hoteles casi todo el año. La ubicación es increíble, está en una ubicación remota y al mismo tiempo está muy cerca de todo. El personal es muy amable. El único inconveniente es que me quedé registrado el martes y aún no he conseguido que mi hotel se retenga jajaja, aparte de eso. gran hotel

Edit: the next day… We just got our new room and it’s great, clean, no water damage, aircon works and seems a bit less noisy. Hi Cory- thanks for the reply and updates.A couple of notes, while saying Megan couldn’t get ahold of us, is not exactly true, she called once and left a message with the details, no ask to call back or anything needed from us. The water damage in room 221 is extremely obvious and is a lack of maintenance. We can share the photos if you like. The aircon is broke for sure in room 221 as we set it to 67. If you only saw 72 and 74, then there is an issue. Upgrading the stars to 3 due to the room change and improvement.Not upgrading it further because Cory’s comment seems to want to make it seem like the air con worked, the water damage was minimal and that we were unreachable which all is untrue and demonstrates a bit of denial of what is actually happening. For an average price of $167/night I would expect the 2nd room we received. On another note, another couple we know are also staying here and their room is fine and In working order.Original review: Currently staying here. The aircon unit makes the decibel level in the room 53-54.The motion detector on the wall thermostats keeps turning the air con off so then it gets hot in the room, we wake up and then the air kicks on. It’s so loud you can’t sleep anyways. This is our 2nd sleepless night and the front desk can’t do anything at all.There is severe water damage in the bathroom and the fitted sheet doesn’t stay on the bed.Marriotts effort to save energy makes it impossible to sleep for us. Há graves danos causados pela água no banheiro e o lençol não fica na cama. O esforço do Marriott para economizar energia torna impossível dormir para nós. Estamos muito decepcionados.

Hotel é limpo - a equipe foi amigável e fez o que podia dentro de suas regras. se você precisar de um lugar para ficar, não evite este hotel com base neste comentário.A GM fez uma regra para não permitir upgrades para taxas governamentais/militares para convidados embaixadores. Embaixadores e hóspedes de status que selecionam seus hotéis com a esperança de encontrar um GM amigável ao cliente, não escolham este local.

Clean room, clean hotel. Breakfast was satisfactory. Main reason we stopped was to swim with kids and pool was closed both Saturday night and Sunday morning because of chemical imbalance. So if you don’t want to swim it’s a nice stay. Quarto limpo, hotel limpo. O café da manhã foi satisfatório. A principal razão pela qual paramos foi para nadar com crianças e a piscina estava fechada no sábado à noite e no domingo de manhã por causa do desequilíbrio químico. Então, se você não quer nadar, é uma boa estadia.

It looks nice however looks can be deceiving. Found blood stains on comforter a day after our stay. Pool was closed and no mention of it. The air conditioner is hard to control, either you’re too hot or cold! Paid for a KING studio and the bed was clearly a queen. That’s deception and theft if you ask me! I wanted to say something but my husband talked me out of it. We’ll probably stay somewhere else next time. Parece bom, mas as aparências enganam. Manchas de sangue encontradas no edredom um dia após a nossa estadia. A piscina estava fechada e nenhuma menção a isso. O ar condicionado é difícil de controlar, ou você está muito quente ou frio! Pago por um estúdio KING e a cama era claramente uma rainha. Isso é engano e roubo, se você me perguntar! Eu queria dizer algo, mas meu marido me dissuadiu. Provavelmente ficaremos em outro lugar na próxima vez.
