Pool was open and I got a ground floor room. The breakfast had very little selection, didnt like that i was put in a handicap room.

The location was decent Horrible experience. Chose that hotel bc we wanted a pool however it was drained and no one informed us. The staff were unprofessional and rude. A housekeeper knocked aggressively on our door and yelled at us untill we left. We will never stay there!!!!

They actually had the hot tub operarional TV didnt work and didnt fix it over 3 days. Had to pay extra to get a first floor room as my wife is handicapped. 40 snowmobilers show up the second day and took all the parking. The piss off is there is a huge parking lot for truck and trailers empty

Have swimming pool and hot tub too Breakfast ... Scrambled eggs very dry, not have banana Not like paper plates, plastic knives, forks etc, plastic cups...waste money and Save environment..that disappointed me. Make label food with what inside food ex. Scramble with cheese..

Ideal location for Canadore College and shopping. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean but smelled like a hockey changing room, had to buy air freshener to be able to stand it. Swimming pool was barely heated.

The location to the hyway and close to restaurants and stores. The a/c didn't work very well and the outside could be maintained better. Eg clean spiders and webs from steps and handrails. We also booked a ground floor room and when we arrived was given a 2nd floor room was told there were no ground floor rooms avail

Location was ideal, walking distance to bus terminal and mall. Free warm breakfast was included, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was well maintained, located on north side of building so location was quiet.
