Brilliant staff, great breakfast, awesome room with awesome views. The hotel has all the necessary shops at walking distance including super stores, laundry, mosque, medical labs for PCR tests etc.There's a lovely public space behind the hotel where you can walk, relax, and socialize.Overall the experience was great and I'd love to come back here.1 and only complaint I had was that the hot water in bathroom took ages to come. I had to waste cold water for 3-4 mins before the temperature was high enough for me to use the water.

Beautiful location, beautiful hotel and really good services. A great thing about location of the hotel is that it's close to nearby landmarks and also you have it all around the hotel, the grocery stores, shopping malls, pharmacy and more.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel at all. The bathrooms are not clean and very tight firstly. I had no hot water for days! A basic necessity was not provided. The shower water pressure also barely gives out any water, not great. Housekeeping cleans the room and does not even give a new soap bar!The security gaurd infront of the hotel was also quite bad, took me a while to enter the parking every time and kept giving me trouble every time i parked or waited for somebody to come down (even though the area would be empty and im not blocking anybody).Save your money and stay in the many hotels around it if you want to stay in this area but do not stay here if you want to enjoy the room and hotel.

The room upon arrival was not clean. The throw on the bed was a black color and was heavily stained, we immediately removed it from the bed. We also found the decorative pillows to be stained and not clean as well. When we went out the first morning, we placed the door sign to have our room cleaned, we were surprised to see at 5:00PM upon arriving back to the hotel the room was not cleaned. We had to call the front desk three times to have someone clean the room. When the cleaner came, they did not provide us with clean bath towels and left many surfaces dirty. We had to call the front desk several times in the morning for bath towels when we realized we did not have any. Each day of our 3-day stay, housekeeping left much to be desired.My friend who joined us from the states had a horrible check-in experience. In which she was informed her booking had been canceled and that there were no more rooms. We mentioned there was no communication that the booking was canceled and we showed them the 5 available rooms via Booking.com. They continued that there were no available rooms. We found them to be rude, dismissive, and unaccommodating. We clicked the link on Booking.com and booked a room successfully while Albert and the female manager avoided eye contact. The whole exchange was disappointing and not a good showing of UAE hospitality. I was shocked to see the lack of overall professionalism.

Amazing hotel. Pound for pound it is 100% the best hotel experience I have ever had. Service with a smile, great food and great memories created. I would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone. We even got engaged here, and the staff made us a dessert 🍰 for free. Please see the photos.

Enjoyed my stay here. The room was comfortable, especially for 1 person. The breakfast is great, definitely get that included, they do great omelettes. And I was also very presently surprised to get someone to come say happy birthday and offer me a delicious desert during my stay. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at TRYP for one week with wonderful experience. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere with very attentive staff. They were all very professional. The hotel offers alot of amenities and the price is reasonable. Will definitely come back again, highly recommended.

I had the best stay here!! The rooms are modern and clean and house keeping does an excellent job everyday going the extra mile to make you feel at home! The restaurants are also fab, great food and great service. And the staff are always willing to help in any way they can they are excellent!! Especially Igan he was always so friendly and smiley! Definitely recommend staying here short term or long term. I'll be back for sure!
