The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable and clean. The saltwater pool was fantastic. The staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning at some point.

Tendo uma estadia maravilhosa aqui. Convenientemente localizado próximo ao comércio e acesso a rodovias. A equipe é muito simpática e lá se você precisar de alguma coisa. O café da manhã não é gratuito, mas excelente! Especialmente os ovos do seu jeito, eu comi uma ótima omelete. O restaurante ligado a ele também tem comida muito boa e uma equipe simpática e atenciosa. O quarto era espaçoso, limpo e tinha amplas tomadas e iluminação.

Having a wonderful stay here. Conveniently located near shopping and highways access. The staff is very friendly and there if you have a need for anything. The breakfast is not free, but excellent! Especially the eggs your way, I did have a great omelet. The restaurant connected to it also has very good food and a nice and attentative staff. The room was spacious, clean, and had ample power outlets and lightning.

Very disappointing stay at the Hilton DoubleTree Resort in Milford, Massachusetts. We were in for a family wedding and nearly every experience with this hotel was unfortunate. * Rooms were never cleaned despite asking repeatedly. (When they did bring towels they laid them on the floor, didn't empty trash or clean up anything) --- for 5 days !?!? --- should've moved after first day. * Bugs in room * No attention/response from management until the last day. Corporate responded but problems persisted. * Had to shower in dirty water when getting ready for a wedding. (Pool was closed so that wasn't an option either) * No fresh water anywhere. Why not offer bottled water to guests?! Things happen - it's how you handle your guests after an unfortunate situation is what's important. Make it right! It's a service organization.

Vale uma segunda olhada. Este é um hotel antigo que tem uma decoração datada, mas é limpo e as camas são confortáveis. As melhores características são a excelente equipe. Todo mundo que encontrei em uma rápida pernoite foi genuinamente amigável. Já estive lá antes e não hesitaria em ir novamente.

Check in for our room was not ready for 3pm. Two of the three room types I reserved were changed prior to check in by the hotel. The wheelchair accessible room was laid out very poorly with a large entertainment center between the bed and entrance. The rooms carpet had many stains and was sticky. The bathroom was filthy. We needed a caot for one of the rooms and recieved only two sheets and no comforter. I canceled 3 future stays at Hilton properties after how poor this stay was. I would not recommend this Doubletree and would not stay here again.

Rooms are a bit rough though they do seem to try. Last room I had smelled like pot though they did clear the smell pretty quickly. The hotel definitely feels older and not in some kind of good way either. They could definitely do with an update. The service was pretty good and they usually did what they could to correct any issues that were pointed out. Location is rough. Near the highway is good and bad. It's off a really busy exit and lots of traffic noise if your room faces the highway. The access road is REALLY rough and has heavy traffic. Lots of potholes the size of Yugos.

Front desk person was excellent. Hotel was renovated. Issue was that room #230 had 2 mattresses instead of a box spring and a mattress. I felt I was sleeping in a hammock. Then the shower faucet would not shut off unless you turned it 3 times around till it shut off. The room was dusty probably the new rugs and work done on walls etc no one passed a vacuum?

Worth a second look. This is an older hotel that has dated decor but it's clean and the beds are comfortable. The best features are the great staff. Everyone I encountered on a quick overnight stay was genuinely friendly. I have been there before and wouldn't hesitate to go again.
