The only positive aspect of this hotel is that it's cheap. Otherwise, it's a very rough stay. The stairs to the pod are tiny, and very easy to fall from in the middle of the night. The constant blue lighting doesn't help, and can make you nauseous after a while. The air ventilation that they advertise is non-existant, and our pod reached temperatures of 30 degrees, even at night. We slept with the door open to get at least some fresh air inside. When we asked if they could turn on the ac, they gave us a long answer that could basically be summed up to "there's no ac or ventilation, but I'm sure you'll be fine". The bathrooms weren't the cleanest, but that's expected in a hostel. What was not expected was how anti-social the vibe of the place was. Usually the benefit of staying in a hostel is meeting people, but there were no common areas here in which you could do that. There wasn't even a water fountain to fill up a water bottle. Essentially, you just get a hot pod to sleep in. For the same price, you can stay in a normal hostel. The staff were also very loud, starting at about 5 am. Sleeping in past 7-8 was not an option.

A pousada não é muito bem sinalizada. Andou por 2 vezes. O homem da recepção foi muito simpático, levou o seu tempo e explicou tudo bem. Grande conceito. Infelizmente, estava muito quente na cápsula. Os banheiros são limpos e bem equipados. Os armários demoram um pouco para se acostumar e nem sempre funcionam como deveriam.
A very interesting concept, the hostel looks like a space station with blue lights. The hostel does NOT have air conditioning which means the pods get very hot during the night. I stayed there for 3 nights and the temperature was always around 30 degrees because it was hot outside. Avoid the hostel is you have problems with dust because the air vents are very dusty.
Nice place and overall very clean. The lack of temperature control makes it impossible to stay in the summer (temp inside the pod reaching 30C)
La primera vez que me hospedé en un "hotel pod" y fue una experiencia genial. Los baños son limpios, abundantes y privados, lo cual fue muy agradable. Las cápsulas se calentaron mucho y me vi obligado a dormir casi desnudo con la puerta entreabierta para mantener el flujo de aire. Desearía que el aire soplara más rápido o funcionarían con aire acondicionado. En general, es un excelente lugar para pasar un par de noches, aunque no me quedaría más tiempo. Aunque muy guay y el personal era amable. No es un lugar para hacer amigos, pero está bien ubicado y cerca del Checkpoint Charlie y de algunos buenos restaurantes.
O custo-benefício é ótimo! Processamento rápido e barato para um pernoite. Muito limpo e tudo que você precisa está lá. Ficou um pouco quente durante a noite, mas era suportável. A recepção foi imediata e nos ajudou muito. Os banheiros são modernos e podem ser usados sem problemas. No geral super satisfeito.

As cápsulas ficaram muito quentes e fui forçado a dormir quase nu com a porta aberta para manter um pouco de fluxo de ar. Eu gostaria que o ar soprasse mais rápido ou eles corressem AC. No geral, um ótimo lugar para ficar por algumas noites, embora eu não ficasse mais tempo. Muito legal embora & a equipe foi amigável. Não é um lugar para fazer amigos, mas bem localizado e perto de Checkpoint Charlie e alguns bons restaurantes.
The first time I’ve ever stayed in a “pod hotel” and it was a cool experience. Bathrooms are both clean, plenty, and private which was very nice. Pods got very warm & I was forced to sleep almost naked with the door cracked to keep some airflow. I wish the air would blow faster or they would run AC. Overall, a great place to stay for a couple nights, though I wouldn’t stay longer term. Very cool though & the staff was friendly. Not a place to make friends, but located nice and close to Checkpoint Charlie and some nice restaurants.
SO, WHERE SHOULD I START FROM... First of all, ORIGINALITY: rooms are designed as space capsules. There are blue ultra violet lights (probably you would call those neon lights), which are very relaxing and you can set. There's a big mirror where the large white light is. You can find a safe in the room too. Also, when you slide the room's door, it automatically locks (so take your room card with you). When it's locked it can get pretty warm inside, so you'll either want to activate air circulation from the main panel in the room, or leave the door slightly open while you sleep (the place is totally safe, and quiet too!) we took a double room, which had a pretty big and comfortable double bed. The capsules are located in big open space rooms where there's very light relaxing space music (similar to interstellar movie soundtrack). Capsules are quite close (doubles a couple meters away) or even attached one from another (single capsules), but once you're inside you can hardly hear anything from outside. So putting many capsules in one big open space doesn't sacrifice sleep quality at all, nor privacy! It's actually allowed them to save space for common rooms, luggage storage room and especially bathrooms: there are many more bathrooms than you would need (out of 20 bathrooms, I would say 10-15 are always vacant and free to use). They are big and more importantly SUPER CLEAN. They regularly get checked and clead, several times a day. The shower works perfectly and is easy to use and set at preferred temperature. What else? They provide you with fresh towels every day, so once you've taken a shower you can just leave your used towel in the towel basket and you can take a clean one from the reception when you need to shower again. Staff is kind and always available (there's always someone at the reception in case you need anything, even at late night). If you get to the hotel later than 11pm, the sliding doors at the entrance will be closed: you just ring and somebody will open.Location is perfect, right in the city centre (one metro stop from Alexander Platz), bus 200 and 100 stop just in front of the hotel. Underground (metro) station is less than 500 m away. All for 30€ per night... Couldn't believe my eyes! P.S.: forgot to say there are lockers just aside of the rooms-capsules, but you probably won't need them, unless you have large and heavy luggage. You can just lock your backpacks and/or trolleys in the room when you leave the hotel.
Mais importante, para a equipe: por favor, limpe as aberturas nas cápsulas. Eles são muito empoeirados e sujos e causaram minha asma.Prós: o conceito é muito legal e a iluminação é muito bem feita. Parece muito espaço. Os funcionários da recepção são muito prestativos (especialmente o homem que trabalha na parte da manhã). Gostei da privacidade das cápsulas.Contras: absolutamente sem isolamento acústico. Era tão alto o tempo todo. De alguma forma, parecia pior que um albergue regular? Não tenho certeza se é porque os armários estavam diretamente atrás da minha cama. Eu estava no beliche de baixo e ele tremia horrivelmente toda vez que o cara subia ou até mesmo se movia durante o sono. Parecia que o teto ia cair, estava tão instável. Às vezes a porta não abria ou era difícil fechar. Sem cozinha. Pontas de cigarro no chuveiro. Acho que isso foi mais um problema com um dos hóspedes, pois a equipe colocou um sinal contra isso.No geral, acho que não voltaria aqui a menos que reservasse as camas de casal (elas pareciam tão legais e estão mais longe dos armários), mas acho que é uma boa opção para uma ou duas noites.
Hostel bonito y limpio, con una temática muy bella sobre el espacio. Recomendable sólo si vas a dormir (no hay cocina, ni utensilios). Los baños son asombrosamente nuevos e impecables además siempre hay disponibles. Las cabinas tienen camas cómodas, poseen 2 USB, espejo y una mesita, eso si son un poco calurosas (incluso en día frios). Debes llevar audífonos! ya que no puedes meter ruido por la cercanía de las cabinas. Además hay lockers donde puedes dejar tu equipaje. No le pongo 5 estrellas ya que DEBEN solucionar el tema de enchufes, yo necesitaba cargar mi computador y eso era posible sólo si lo dejabas fuera de la habitación cargando dentro de recepción durante la noche. Por lo que no tienes acceso a el. Por lo demás lo recomiendo y si volvería.

Este lugar apareceu no booking.com e então eu consegui um 'quarto' para uma noite como uma experiência. Uma recepcionista amigável explicou toda a configuração quando cheguei, incluindo a configuração de seu próprio armário. Deu uma volta ao redor do prédio para identificar a entrada, portas de vidro gêmeas com uma pequena placa. Tudo estava muito limpo e a experiência não foi apenas divertida, mas eu faria de novo devido ao preço do orçamento e apenas por ser um albergue bem administrado. Pedágio!
Most importantly, to the staff: please have the vents in the pods cleaned. They are very dusty and dirty and caused my asthma to flare up.Pros: the concept is very cool and the lighting is very well done. It does feel very space like. The reception staff are very helpful (especially the man working in the morning). I liked the privacy of the pods.Cons: absolutely no sound proofing. It was so loud ALL the time. Somehow it felt worse that a regular hostel? I’m not sure if it’s because the lockers were directly behind my bed. I was on the bottom bunk and it shook horribly every time the guy would go upstairs or even move in his sleep. It felt like the ceiling was going to fall down, it was so shaky. Sometimes the door wouldn’t open or it would be difficult to shut. No kitchen. Cigarette butts in shower. I think this was more an issue with one of the guests as the staff had put up a sign against it.Overall, I don’t think I would come back here unless I booked the double beds (they looked so cool and are further away from the lockers) but I think it’s a good option for one night or two.
This place popped up on booking.com and so I got a 'room' for a night as an experience. A friendly receptionist explained the whole set up when I arrived, including setting your own locker. It did take a walk around the building to spot the entrance, twin glass doors with a small sign. Everything was very clean and the experience was not only fun but I would do it again due to the budget price and just being a well run hostel. Toll!

Ótimo conceito, cápsulas espaçosas, equipe super simpática e sempre pronta para ajudar. Reservei uma cápsula para uma pessoa por 3 noites e estou muito feliz com a minha estadia no Space Night Hotel Berlin. A cápsula tem três opções de luz diferentes, dois carregadores USB, um cofre, relógio digital, AC e muito mais! Os banheiros com ducha estão sempre limpos e as toalhas são fornecidas quantas você quiser. Os vestiários também estão lá para guardar seus pertences pessoais e você não precisa trazer seu próprio medalhão. Wifi é super rápido! Resumindo, uma maneira fantástica de passar alguns dias em Berlim sem gastar muito. Se eu viajar novamente para Berlim, voltarei aqui novamente! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Nós hospedado aqui uma noite para diversão como eu sempre quis tentar um hotel cápsula. Este serve para mim, sem uma viagem ao Japão. Geralmente, como a maioria dos comentários mencionam que há isolamento de som, mas não tanto que seja realmente isolado, acho que pode ser melhor. Os botões são um pouco claros à noite e sim, pode ficar quente para algumas pessoas, para mim estou acostumada a essa temperatura, então foi bom para mim. No geral, é uma maneira divertida e acessível de passar uma noite em Berlim!
Nos alojamos aquí una noche para divertirnos, ya que siempre quise probar un hotel cápsula. Este me funciona, sin un viaje a Japón. En general, como la mayoría de las revisiones mencionan que el aislamiento del sonido está ahí, pero no demasiado como para que esté realmente aislado, creo que puede ser mejor. Los botones son un poco brillantes por la noche y sí, puede hacer calor para algunas personas, para mí estoy acostumbrado a esa temperatura, así que fue bueno para mí. En general, es una forma divertida y asequible de pasar una noche en Berlín.
Great concept, spacious capsules, super friendly and always ready-to-help staff. I booked a single-person capsule for 3 nights and am very happy with my stay at Space Night Hotel Berlin. The capsule has three different light options, two usb chargers, a safe, digital clock, AC and so much more! The bathrooms with shower are always clean and towels are provided as many as you want. Locker rooms are there as well to store your personal belongings and you don’t need to bring your own locket. Wifi is super fast! All in all a fantastic way to spend a few days in Berlin whilst having a budget. If I travel again to Berlin will be coming here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We stayed here one night for fun as I always wanted to try a capsule hotel. This one does the trick for me, without a trip to Japan. Generally as most the reviews mention sound isolation is there but not too much that it is really isolated, I think it can be better. The buttons are a bit bright at night and yeah it can get warm for some people, for me I am used to that temperature so was good for me. Overall it's a fun and affordable way to spend a night at Berlin!
Sitio económico y muy bien ambientado en la tematica del espacio, se duerme comodo y bien. Baños muy grandes con duchas incluidas. Lo negativo es que esta muy mal señalizada la entrada al hotel.
Muy buena opción para viajar solo o acompañado, muy limpio y todos los espacios están nuevos
