The lift boutique hotel and THEIR AMAZING SERVICE (ANNE SOFIA AND TEAM) makes it the best boutique hotels in Lisbon, allowing us to explore Portugal’s capital in style. We told them we have visited lisboa for our honeymoon casually and They left no stone unturned to make our stay as pleasant, sumptuous, happy as possible!
At check-in, they upgraded our room to their grandest suite, day 2, we were so surprised to see our hotel room decorated with complimentary champagne and a bed of roses. They even included an espresso Machine insuite! Excellent breakfast and espresso is a must try! I loved their tomato sidedish in breakfast and te overall team and staff is the best Lisbon has to offer. I cannot believe how happy they made us young couple on our first travel together and we will remember this experience for a lifetime.
If you want to see Lisbon, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!!

The hotel is well situated in the center of Lisbon. The room was very beautiful and clean. The staff was perfect starting with the receptionists specially Sofia who was very helpful, and the breakfast team who took good care of us and also the housekeeping team. I highly recommended.

Melhor atendimento que tive em Portugal, nos 16 dias que estivemos por lá e nas 9 cidades que visitamos!Simplesmente TODOS os funcionários com quem tivemos contato foram EXTREMAMENTE simpáticos, educados e solícitos. Na verdade, isso nos surpreendeu muito, pois foi melhor que qualquer atendimento que tivemos em Portugal inteiro, considerando hotéis, restaurantes, lojas, etc.Ainda hoje, algumas semanas depois de terminada nossa viagem, meu filho de 2 anos ainda fala o nome da diretora do hotel, Raima (não sei se é assim que se escreve, mas é assim que escreveria em português a partir da pronúncia).Além do atendimento excepcional, o quarto era muito confortável, super limpo, aconchegante e o café da manhã muito saboroso.Ficamos no último piso, e por causa do declive do telhado, parte do quarto era muito baixa, porém, honestamente, isso não me incomodou em nada. Essas partes mais baixas são onde estão o frigobar, a cafeteira e o sofá, lugares onde ou não se fica de pé ou não se passa muito tempo. Tenho 1,82m e não me incomodou em nada.A localização do hotel é excelente. Próximo de pontos turísticos, de transporte públicos, restaurantes, etc.Em uma próxima vez, me hospedarei lá de novo com certeza.

hotel pequeño y acogedor. al hacer el check in nos recibieron muy amablemente e incluso nos ayudaron a bajar el equipaje del coche. las indicaciones del personal fueron excelentes y muy acertadas. el suelo de la habitación es de moqueta, no me suele gustar mucho pero en este caso estaba muy limpia y resultó agradable. el desayuno ha sido increíble, personal muy amable y la comida excelente.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The room was so cute, exactly the same with the photos, has a great location just next to Rissio Station and many bus / tram stops, the best part was STAFFS!! They are so friendly and kind. I really appreciate all the sincere services we've got. The breakfast Staffs are extremely polite and friendly. I requested vegan option for my boyfriend, they prepared some options for vegan yogurt and vegan cheeses, we were so touched. The breakfast in the hidden terrasse was lovely. The toilette has a bad smell but acceptable considering the European buildings especially in the center were super old and hard to renovate all plumbing, and we chose a Superior Double Room with City View, because of the view. The room has a nice beautiful view we could even see the sea, but in the night time a little bit noisy!

Para quem é alto o ultimo piso com vista não aconselho pelo desnível do tecto, consegue avistar o castelo mas considero a vista q.b. simpatia dos funcionários embora ache que uma senhora com uma mala poderia ser sempre ajudada a chegar ao elevador.nota negativa para a limpesa da pequena varanda. Cama confortável.

Un hotel maravilloso, cerca delcentro histórico de Lisboa, castillo de San Jorge, plaza del comercio y a 10metros un elevador donde podrás disfrutar de unas vistas impresionantes. La atención del personal de 10, sobre todo Francisco, el recepcionista. Sólo mejoraría la calidad del buffet desayuno. Un zumo natural sienta mejor que uno de cartón.
